Latest and greatest!

Initially was unsure about paying 3K for a 4K but after spending a week or two with it, I'm very pleased with its capabilities. My last TV was purchased many years ago and getting the best of the best was something I was ready for. It has ushered our family into the new television era. 5 stars!

Heartbroken, but it was great while it lasted.

I got the warranty just in case since I had never purchased open box before. It had a beautiful picture. A few months after, the screen would have sections go black, but then it would come back. I thought maybe it's a glitch. Shortly after, the screen went completely black. Geek squad came out and had to replace the entire control box and screen- basically a new TV. Then there were more issues. I decided to deal with the heartbreak and returned the tv and bought an LG. Turns out that if I had done my research, I would have found that at this was an issue they were having BEFORE I even purchased it! I'll be honest, I still miss it! Buyer BEWARE and BE SURE TO BUY WARANTY PROTECTION! And BUY NEW! That's my lesson learned. It could have been an issue with that TV, but go in knowing it's a chance you will have to take. It's a shame, I loved that TV.

Great smart tv for non techie people

Having the "Geek Squad" set it up made for immediate viewing with no hassles. We are nontechnical souls but have no problem negotiating our way around this one. Added a sound bar so cannot comment on tv sound alone. Pleased with purchase.
