Overall I’m happy with my purchase. I think it’s a little pricey but if you got the cash it’s worth it.

I love this TV and have had no issues with it. My only gripe is that I feel like I may have overpaid for a device that was priced above it's value due to the need to "compete" with OLED screens. The Quantum Dot tech is solid and performs well, the longevity of the display should outlast OLED in normal use. IMO Samsung should have priced the Q series a few hundred(s) less to avoid direct comparisons with their competitors.

Purchased and the picture was great for a day. A day later I started having problems with the TV turning on with just sound. It would take a few tries turning it on and off to get a picture. Turns out it needs a new back lighting panel. Waiting for Samsung to approve a new panel.

We were very happy with the shopping process as we were given strong guidance by educated sales people. We were then happy with the installation. The 2 installers did a great job in efficiently installing the TV and cleaning up afterwards. We are now very happy with the performance of the TV.

Debated if it was worth the extra cost of qled. So glad I purchased this tv! Mounting was easy. In fact there are only 2 wires going to tv and are easily concealable. I love the smart functions but I do have issues with losing connection using smart connect even on my note 8

I'll always be a Best Buy customer. Your sales people were well informed. Your delivery crew with the genius member was unusual and superb. They sold me. From now on, if its only a paper clip. I'll check first with Best Buy. Ned L. Broyles (incidentally 1'm 102. I enjoy this TV)

Bought the TV to replace my older 1080p 55" TV. It worked great at the beginning, and I did like the new features like the single wire to the TV and the separate box for all of your HDMI connections. After using it for les than 30 days, the TV stopped working. I called Best Buy and they directed me to Samsung. Samsung set me a replacement part after 10 days, it did not work. I had to call Samsung repair. They came out twice, finally replacing the screen. TV is working again, hopefully this has been a fluke and I wont have any further issues! My last TV gave me no issues and I have always had good luck with Samsung

I picked up the display at a steep discount and it's probably one of the best TVs I've had the fortune of owning. The 4K screen is great, the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything buttery smooth, and the smart functions made it well worth the price.

A rare lifetime WOW experience seeing the clarity. Almost like a whiplash. Not kidding, or a plant reviewer, or a person looking for any recognition. Just sharing really !! Deserves to be a short list option if not higher,. Just my opinion, :)

Love everything about it. It eliminated all my extra remotes EXCEPT for some reason it won't work my xbox. It says it will but will never recognize that remote for some reason. Super clear screen and overall great tv. lightweight for size.

My only caution on this television is to be sure the size does not dominate the room - it is easy to watch and follow, even form a close distance but be sure your room dimensions are not dominated by the tv - unless that's what you want
