I've gone back to using the cable remote to change channels.

Native 4k/HDR programing from Netflix and Amazon Prime are Excellent! 4k upscaling from Fios programing is good but not great. The bezel is razor thin so the picture is virtually on the entire screen - great feature.

They wouldn't exchange just the one connect box, so I had to return the entire TV, which I had already mounted. I opted to avoid any other Samsung after this experience.
