wonderful TV. Purchased at good price, so a great value. Great color and great picture.

I was looking around and decided to go ahead and spend the money for an OLED 65 inch. When viewing in person, OLED was just to dark for my taste. I had HDR as a must and the QLED had a awesome picture in store. Bottom line? QLED is nice, but not sure it is really worth the extra over other HDR UHDTV's. Money wasn't a concern for me, but if it is for you, stick with the $1600 range UHD with HDR

The Samsung 65" QLED 2160P is the best TV I've ever owned. The picture is sharp and the colors are vibrant. My QLED was easy to set up and the Smart TV features are intuitive in nature and easy to use. The QLED exceeds all claims and expectations. Best Buy had the best price and even Price Matched and refunded the difference when they lowered the price further a couple days after I bought my QLED TV.

The picture is superb the color is fantastic you'll definitely enjoy this TV

Great picture, easy setup. The one connect box that comes with the TV was bad when we got it home to setup. Contacted Samsung, after multiple attempts they decided the box was bad and they would ship a new one in 10 days. New TV and they can't ship over night (just the one connect box). No, so I contacted Best Buy store where I purchased. They said I could come by the store and they would replace it. Problem I live 165 miles from the store, after finally moving up to the store manager he agreed to ship a new box. Now everything works great.

Great TV technology and look. 16M colors capable and smart as a whip. Love streaming access. Simple remote to use. All around 4 of 5 stars.

Bougth this tv for $2199 @best buy & I was completely blown away. HD is very good. 4K is stunningly very good. Black is black. Colors are beautiful. Bought a Samsung 6 series prior to this one but I returned it coz the picture is weak, thats why its cheaper. This Qled tv is the best!!! You get what u pay for!!! Spend a little more & you will enjoy it!!!

overall this was a good purchase for us as we are older and have declining eyesite. We are able to see the picture clearly from a distance without having to wear our glasses or straining our eyes. The television is easy to use and the set up greatly improved cord clutter. The picture is good with the only negative being that the dimming function is obvious at times as you can visibly see the screen brightening and darkening expecially when you are on the menu screen.. While the picture is not as good as the OLED televisions, it is still what I would term very good. After reading numerous reviews and checking BBB I decided to go with the Samsung QLED because there were fewer problems indicated during my research. The blacks are not as deep as the OLED so you do lose some detail, but not enough for me to justify the extra cost when taking other factors into consideration. Overall we are very happy with the purchase so far.

I've been buying Samsung TV's for sometime as the picture quality has always been superb for my needs. The QLED picture definitely does not disappoint. The only criticism I have currently is the One Connect box. Since it is separate from the TV panel it needs to be mounted either on the wall behind the TV or sit on a TV stand. Since my TV is mounted to the wall I had to devise a way to mount the One Connect box to allow for a clean installation look and maintain Samsung's One Connect cable requirements.

We had an old DLP television that was dark so we had been talking about replacing it & saw the QLED Samsung in a few stores. Went to Best Buy to look but had a very helpful sales woman who gave us all the details. After seeing the picture for 15 min. we decided to take it home that day. installation was prettty easy and the picture is mind blowing.

We have been putting off replacing our small TV. A storm came through and took out the television for good. We went to best buy and had a great experience and had a very knowledgeable sales representative. The QLED is by far the best picture I've seen! It feels like you are right there with the show. Hope to keep this for a very long time!

The Q LED is so crisp and clear. It's almost like 3D in my family room. Had it installed by Don, and excellent consultant who know this TV from the inside out. The picture is unbelievable. When I saw it at Best Buy I thought that picture might have to do with their network, but nope, it looks just as good in my home.

This is a top tier tv that surpasses all of my expectations. Gaming is crisp movies are way too real and my only complaint is that the cable companies don't offer a high quality is experience. Probably going to cut the corr an go straight to streaming. A HD antenna for 50 bucks offers a better picture than charter

This tv is amazing!! The features it has the picture quality too!! The qled technology is nice too!! Worth spending instead of paying more for the oled TVs!! Love the hub with one clear wire going to the tv when you have the tv mounted on the wall like i do!! Greatly recommend this tv or this qled series of tvs!!

Easy set up and the small remote rocks.! The thing that sold us was the flush wal mount.. it looks like a large framed picture when walking into the room.... bottom line is awesome picture and sound

New house, new TV. Upgraded from an 8 year old Samsung 52", what a difference. Love this TV, although install using custom Samsung flush wall mount was VERY tedious. That said, it now looks like it's less than 1 inch off of the wall over our fireplace. I'd initially considered the Samsung "Frame" version that allows the screen to display grahics/art when not in TV mode. Though the picture specs were the same as those for the conventional flat screen, the reviews were very mixed on the screens ability to display "art", so we just opted for the QLED flat panel version. Disappointed that I can't run a slide show now, but maybe there'll be a software upgrade that would allow it.
