    Died after 18 months - but Samsung is AWESOME!

    We love Samsung TV's - we have 4 of them. We bought this 65" QLED and loved the picture quality. But 18 months later, it started auto-rebooting, then popping and crackling, then wouldn't show any video. It was dead. We were out of warranty, but Samsung stood behind its product (and us!) and is replacing all of the parts at no cost - we just have to pay the labor. Any manufacturer can have this kind of failure, but very few would do such an honorable thing, so we continue to be supportive of Samsung products. This was a good test of the quality - not of the product - but of the vendor, and Samsung passed with high marks.

    This TV had an amazing picture when it worked for the first month. I purchased the TV from Best Buy in Valparaiso on 2/24/18 and a month later, the TVs picture began solarizing. The picture is awful now. I have had Samsung on the phone repeatedly and they have been out twice to fix and to no avail. Now the technician will be out for a third time next week. So basically for about a month we have had no TV after spending $2700 on this thing. I’m VERY upset about this. I cannot believe that I bought “the top of the line technology” as I was told from the Best Buy staff in store, and a month later it went out! Unbelievable! I want this TV replaced with one that last more than a month!

    Absolutely hated Qled read reviews always been a Samsung buyer. One Connect doesn't connect to surround sound or the cable box. Would get picture no sound. Very frustrating!!! Took it back for the Oled much happier no connection problems better picture quality easier on eye strain. Love love Oled!!!

    Television was home for three days when the picture went out. Had some flickering issues. Did not exchange for another QLED.

    That's only when it works correctly. First week was great. Then had to call the geeks to try and repair. They eventually replaced it with a new one. New one worked great for about a month. Called the geeks again. They tried their best and ended up replacing with another. Would you believe it happened again!! Ended up exchanging it for a Sony 75".

    First off this thing cost a lot of money. It worked great for 1 and 1/2 years. Then literally I turned on the TV and there were green vertical lines all across the screen. There were also horizontal black lines from the right side to the middle of the TV. The picture did play in the background. I followed the trouble shooting guide, no difference. So I called Samsung gave them a date and time to call me back after being prompted. When I explained the problem to the tech she had me do the troubleshooting process again with the same results, As she told me my TV needs service it started flashing and turned off and will not turn back on. I told her a TV that cost 2 grand should last longer than 1 and 1/2 years. She said sorry there is nothing they can do. I will never buy a Samsung TV again.

    After purchasing a Samsung 65" 8 series tv that after four days had a blue line show up on the left side of the screen. I upgraded to this tv which was an awesome tv for a little over a week. Came home from work turned it on to find no picture at all. After several calls to Samsung and 200 miles in multiple trips to best buy. I ultimately came home with a very nice LG tv. Three separate Samsung products I purchased within a one month period malfunctioned. (2 tv's and a soundbar) Samsung lost a customer for life. Very disappointed
