The Geek Squad st it up, programmed the remote to include our soundbar and the result is an excellent product with the outstanding picture quality we've grown to love on Samsung TV's. This is our second 65" purchase as we have the previous version of the same model in the "man cave". Love them both.

This is an awesome tv. I was concerned a 65” might be too big for the area but it is perfect. Excellent picture from all angles of the room, it is mounted on the angle in a corner of the room above a fireplace, beautiful picture, outstanding color and definition, great for sports viewing.

This is not an OLED TV but by all means is amazing. It is much brighter and typically atleast a few hundred dollars cheaper than a comparable OLED. If you’re looking for a bright tv with amazing color this is the TV for you. Gaming on it is amazing and 4K movies are gorgoues.

We bought this TV just about a month ago as an "Open Box", so we knew the risks. The picture is beautiful, it works with our universal remote and all our other peripherals. We are amazed how many shows and movies seem to be "live" productions in our den; the picture is so real!. There is no place in the room that doesn't have a perfect view. The screen has a minimal frame so movies are "larger than life" in some cases. Having said that, the OneConnect box seems to be a problem, making an extra "step" in processing the picture from the cable box through the receiver. Although I'm sure that's what makes the picture amazing, but now that it's not working (yes, we have the extra insurance, so it's being replaced), it's just one more thing to be concerned with. Overall, we're still very pleased with this TV and would definitely recommend it to anyone (just buy the insurance with it!).

This is my first 4k tv and i have seen many different brands and models from different stores but i could not resist buying this tv. This smart tv is so easy to setup including wifi connection, color adjustments to your taste, easy remote operations and one connector box where almost all your devices are connected. All work great and the picture is incredible . It would be even better for older devices if Samsung includes RCA connection on the one connect box and includes more audio format beside the raw PCM. You will need to buy Optical to RCA converter. Overall, it’s still a 5 stars smart tv.

This Samsung QLED TV is an excellent buy. Picture is super. The picture looks life like. The installation was flawless. Would recommend this TV for anyone upgrading to a 4k television. This TV also works great with the xbox one x. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

The picture quality and built in apps make this a great tv. Also, the "invisible" connection helps keep unsightly wires out of the way. Especially useful if renting and cannot drill holes in the walls.

This is a very expensive TV, but the brightness and clarity of HD and 4K UHD video are stunning. The "one connect" box connects to TV with a long fiberoptic cable for a very clean install. Setup is easy but requires 2 people due to the weight of the screen.

TV is great - I really like the fiber optic box that has all connections to TV (there are no HDMI ports on TV - all are in box) TV is really Bright - and remote is small and easy to use - I have watched 4K HDR Movies and there is a big difference - If you don't have fast internet 4K will not stream good - I have 200mb download and it seems if I am not at least 100 you can tell - regular 1080p also looks better than my old TV - overall I like the TV and I am pleased with it - I did turn off the auto dimming feature - was not crazy about the picture quality when it would dim.

We had been looking for a big screen TV but were confused with all the different brands & options . Once we spoke to a Samsung specialist and he went over all our options it made our decision much easier ! We are very happy with our new TV

I am very impressed with the picture quality of this QLED tv. I actually was going to buy the 55 inch but after seeing the 65 inch I was sold. Love it !! Also bought the no gap wall mount it fits very flush to the wall and looks great.

Tv is very sleek and thin. Love the smart remote that instantly connects to all my devices. Picture quality is nice with 4K but has room to be even better. Overall was a great purchase for the open box price I received.

This screen has the most hyper-realistic & vivid colors I’ve seen on a tv screen. I worked for DirecTv & have seen countless tv’s & I bought this one. Wasn’t cheap but worth every penny. Surprisingly great sound, with lots of bass. No stereo or sound bars needed! The only imperfection is on a completely lit screen that’s a single bright color, like the white of a hockey game, you can see subtle variations in the rows of backlighting. However 99% of the time is not visible.

Had TV for 2 Weeks - Love it - really like the box that hooks to the TV by fiber optics - All cables plugs into box and mine does have the LAN port - much neater look only cables coming from TV are Power and Fiber Optic - Picture is really good and TV was easy to wall mount - It takes two different size screws to mount to TV - (2) M8x25 & (2) M8x35 Screws - I had my old mount and had to buy new screws for it (Did not keep all the screws that come with mount). Overall really like the TV good purchase....

I have always been a fan of Samsung TV's. I already have 2 in the home and my first Plasma was a Samsung that a friend is still using. I researched for almost a year before landing on the QLED line and I'm glad I did.

Samsung QLEDs are their top tier 4K TVs. I owened a Samsung SUHD (the former top tier prior to QLED) & there is a very noticeable difference in picture quality. Samsung has def done more than just rebrand the SUHD. QLED has great pic quality & a great user interface for SMART TV apps (Hulu, Netflix, etc). Also, the One Connect box that is included gives the TV a really clean look when mounted to the wall. You only have to run one thin Fiber Optic up to the TV (I put mine behind the wall).

Great TV and picture quality. Like the brightness in a very lit room. Remote is great, works with all my connected device.

I noticed this tv last year when it was Black Friday. The price then was high and we got an mu 8000 instead. Now it is on clearance, very very good deal. It is the best quality tv in market in my opinion. I think the overall picture quality is same with OLED. But OLED will burn the screen and also it is more expensive. And I personally own an LG tv, I think Samsung’s remote control is much easier to use and quicker response. The voice command is also useful. I like Samsung better
