I switched from Sony to Samsung. I am impressed with the quality of the TV. I was told that the Samsung 9 has stripes of LED lighting up the TV that helps with the shadow contrast. The TV is bright, clear and probably the best TV I have bought. Recommend Samsung TVs.

Not super happy with this TV. The picture quality is great, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. However, I purchased this television for my family to play Xbox and whenever we use the Xbox, it begins restarting uncontrollably and won't stop. The only solution is to unplug it for 5-10 minutes and that will allow you to play for maybe another 30-60 minutes. I've read that the issue is with the special Samsung fiber optic cable that comes with the television. To replace it costs $300. As a result, I can't use this very expensive television for it's sole purpose and will be moving away from Samsung.

Best TV Samsung has Made so far. Only thing we are missing Is the 3D our old JS9500 had it. So far it’s Keeping up way faster processor and Online Apps are Fast and excellent.

I purchased a Samsung Q9 TV, a Denon 1450 receiver and both were replacements. The Geek Squad did a great job of setting everything up so it worked properly. Everyone at Best Buy was informative, helpful and pleasant to work with.

The summary says it all. I have not checked its many features as it the hooked up via a home theater system.. One note for the new user. Record the serial number located on the back of the TV before you mount it on the wall.

Samsung really step it up with this tv. 4K it’s really sharp. Too bad not many providers out there that offers 4K movies or shows. If you’re looking for smart tv and slim and less cable Messes this is the one.

Great TV, excellent clarity. The Samsung Connect makes this TV quick and easy to setup. The supported Apps have let me remove other devices from my Console. My only knock against this TV is that completely black scenes with Text, can over darken, making the Text hard to see.

Went from a 1080P to the top recommended 4K from Samsung. Unbelievable color clarity in bright sunlit room. You’ll see the difference like puttin on a pair of reading glasses.

The one connect feature of the TV was the most innovative of all the features. No need to have wires/cable running behind the TV making it easy to mount the TV above a fireplace.

Best investment I ever made, I wanted a tv to replace my 5 year old 40inch and I knew that my next purchase should last me a long time so I splurged and was not disappointed!

Not knowing the difference from all of the TV’s on the market, I went to Best Buy and got an education about the newest technology. This is like being at a movie theater.

This outstanding product expands television viewing to the next level. Wonderful color saturations. TV makes one feel as if they were behind the camera during filming.

I bought a lesser quality tv at the recommendation of a sales person, but returned it because it was much less visually good than the one I finally bought

Great TV without going OLED. Having everything connected to One Box and having only one wire connected to the TV was a major plus for me.

We have been very pleased with this TV. It took a little time to learn all of the features since we have never owed a Smart TV before.

Blacks are a bit hard to control. Color crush when with out adjustments. But still one of the best tvs on the market.

Its a great tv 4k content looks amazing too bad alot of cable providers dont have 4k picture quality. Gaming also looks Amazing
