The one thing I wanted was a top of the line tv. This was it. So easy to set up. And only 1 small cable to power and make great sound. I’m so glad I got the Q9 series. And voice activated. We like karaoke, so just say “Beatles karaoke on you tube” and it takes you right to it. How cool is that

The Q9 was super easy to set up. It almost did everything on its own. I haven't seen another TV in anyone's house that has a picture with more POP. The image is bright where it should be, deep/dark where it should be. It's more clear and detailed than anything else I've seen in this size and price range.

I have to say this is the most amazing tv I've ever seen. The brightness on this tv is unbelievable. It has great color and contrast. The remote is also a plus, very small, metal and easy to use.It all depends on what your looking for in a tv on whether or not you'll like it but I highly recommend this.

I am absolutely blown away about how deep the blacks get on this TV. Black portions of the screen look as if they are turned off. (The picture I attached is a picture of the screen while it’s on; it’s a black portion of the screen) This TV plays nicely with Apple TV 4K and the app video 4K content is better than the native app content (I’ve only tested Netflix).

The overall quality of this TV is amazing. The picture is great and has sound which fills the room without a soundbar. The level of contrast of blacks making detail pop out without having to lower the lights. The TV is expensive, but if you are in the market for a quality TV, you cant go better than this.

Purchased this tv last month and absolutely love it. The picture is everything I expected from. I was torn between the q9 and LG OLEDc and happy I chose this. My television is in a bright room and feel the Samsung looks better with its brighter output. The blacks on this screen look incredible.

Outstanding picture when used with any medium: sports, movies, cartoons. Picture equal to, and by my preference better than OLED TVs. Where this set loses a star is with the limited sound codec that the TV will use, only Dolby Digial. It won’t even pass through other sound codecs.. It’s not the end of the world if you have a good receiver, which is what I use for sound if I want to listen to a source in DTS, Dolby ATMOS and other codecs. This does mean however that you can not use the vaulted ease of use connection with the “One Box” that Samsung makes such a huge deal over. Not if you want sound options. Just make sure your reciever supports CEC, to allow the components to talk to each other and limit the amount of remotes you need to use. This would have been a 5 star review if Samsung would have at least allowed the TV to pass through other sound codecs besides Dolby Digital. Samsung really hamstrung this TV for no good reason other than being to cheap to pay royalties, for established sound codecs.

The picture quality is outstanding. Recommend putting the time in to learn all the functions and options. Sleek, powerful and well designed. I understand the OLED vs QLED but this Samsung QLED has all the viewer could want. Expensive? Yes, the price will continue to go down in time. Highly recommend

I bought this open box - I was warned you have to be careful with that; so I asked the BB associate to open the box and turn on the tv so I could ensure it worked. The condition was listed as “Excellent - No Missing Parts”. They opened the box and it was a total mess. Wrong remote included, we couldn’t get the tv to connect to the One-Connect box (turned out that’s because the box was cracked), no tv stand, missing screws for the stand. So after a lot of back and forth with the BB supervisor, they swapped out the one connect box, found the correct remote in a drawer, took the stand from another open box q9f tv in the back, and magically found screws. When I finally got the tv home I realized it was well worth the frustration. The picture quality is top notch, very vibrant. My experience dealing with the BB supervisor was not great, I’ll likely buy my next tv elsewhere, but the Q9F is a solid tv.

I am completely amazed of high quality of the picture that this TV produces. It looks as though you are looking out of a just cleaned window into the world. I describe it as a really clear home video. People and object almost have a live 3-D look. Even older movies or shows that are viewed on this TV are amazing. You have never watched TV until you watch this TV. The set up was very easy. I love the one wire box that can be hidden out of site so there are no visible wires that can be seen. The TV is very thin and light. Almost no bezel. The remote is very minimal and has many "apps". I have yet to set up the wireless internet and use it's features. Coming from one of the first HD TVs which was a 150 pound 50 inch Sony LCD TV I would say this purchase was a MAJOR upgrade. Every time I watch TV I am so amazed at the picture. The detail is so incredible that even when I watch old movies that I have seen hundreds of times I notice small things for the first time that I never noticed before.

I looked at all different types of led TVs. This one had everything I was looking for, easy to set up. The best part of this TV is the connections for all your add ons are in a separate box with one fiberoptic wire running to the back of TV. Great sound,great picture .

This tv is amazing. App are easy to navigate. Remote looks and feels awesome. Picture quality is the best I’ve ever seen. The Samsung no-gap was simple to install. One Connect makes installing and removing equipment a charm. It is a little pricey but worth every penny.

We went to our local Best Buy intending to have our surround sound theater system repaired by Geek Squad. While my wife and I were there we browsed through the latest televisions they had to offer and were completely amazed by the Samsung Q9 series. It has everything we’ve ever wanted in a television. It mounts flush with the wall. It did not require a tangled mess of cables and wires strung down the wall. It provides absolutely incredible picture quality, and is simple to operate thanks to “real” smart TV technology. We actually had never seen UHD before and we were genuinely hooked on this latest offering of Samsung’s top of the line television. The crowning achievement of the whole transaction was Geek Squad installation and set up. The team genuinely cared about our complete understanding of and our satisfaction with this marvelous television. Quality equipment and outstanding service, that’s Samsung and Best Buy.

Enjoying the picture of the tv. Got it professionally installed, taught the remote control use, and now just enjoying the picture and ease of use. Hope it will be a trusted brand for longevity, my former Sony last a long time, so far I wish I bought it sooner.

The Samsung Q9F has easily the best picture that I have seen for the price range. We've had the 65" model for 10 months and I would highly recommend this model. Setup was very easy. I have surround sound, so I cannot rate the audio.

I have purchased a lot of TV'S over the years. At one time or another have owned most of the major players in the electronics industry. Samsung in general have proven to have a great picture and good longevity. I replaced a Series 7 with this Q series. I bought it because of the picture, I don't think it can be beat for the money. But here is the kicker... my wife bad vision which keeps getting worse as time goes buy. She always maintains " I can't see any difference from the last one". When I set it up and was playing around with the considerable features... my says " that actually looks clearer to me, that's a great picture". I was shocked. As for set up and functionality... it's a Samsung they are always easy to set up and use. I can't imagine how they are going to improve on this one.

Great picture, easy setup, beautifully designed, slim remote. Ambient option allows me to place a collage of personal photos on the screen when not in use. Pairs beautifully with Samsung N850 sound bar and subwoofer for outstanding theater experience. We purchased the bundle and received what I thought was a fair price. Would have loved to purchase the N950 but an additional $600 for the rear speakers seemed a bit much. The one connect box is a dream - TV and sound bar are mounted into brick above fireplace on a Mantle Mount 750 Pro pull down mount. The mount pulls down 26 inches to normal height viewing and swivels if needed.

This system was incrediabley easy to set up. The system has a continued ease of use with viewing choices, along with a magnificent picture. The system has a clean line that does not take away the impact of a modern living room.

Simply put it was worth every penny! The interaction is awesome and easy to set up. The one an only complaint is the remote. While it is easy to use and sets itself up. Some of the detailed functions are missing, like a DVR button etc..

I bought this tv when it was on sale and a store rep showed me the difference of a high ens samsung and an entry lvl 4k. I was blown away from the different colors and brightness of this tv. I cant go back to my old tv.
