    Poor quality, terrible Customer Service

    This is a very expensive fairly basic TV if you are our purchasing it for its picture frame appearance and art store….look elsewhere. In order to mount the TV on the wall you need a recessed electric outlet, but no one at Samsung can tell where to put it so that it doesnt interfere with the wall mount. The 2-year free art store subscription does not work and this is a problem that they cannot seem to resolve. They say you can use your own photos instead, but their app to do so doesn’t work, uploading a single low profile image crashes it. The samsung TV does not work with comcast/xfinity services so if they are the only cable orovider in your area you will be paying them for stuff you cannot use. The samsung software does not play well with apple TV or Roku and constantly tries to be the home screen.

    Good TV but a little misleading that you biy a "frame" tv and it does not come with a frame

    Fantastic when it works, but if you use it as an entertainment hub, with a sound bar, cable, etc. it is complex and will require complete reprogramming if you have a power failure. If you are not into “IT” don’t get this unit. I regret buying it.

    Great tv but the frames are so expensive…I would definitely buy a Samsung again and I’m thinking about getting the 75in…

    Seems like a nice tv but the whole frame\painting thing is kinda useless. The frames are way too expensive. The only reason I bought this was because of the zero connect.

    I sent $3,000 worth of stuff (TV etc) BACK to Best Buy as the organization and communication as well as customer focus is THE worst in the big box retail industry!! In order to save a few dollars they have cut all ways for the customer to call the store direct and they do not even have a way to talk directly with Geek Squad who installs  Unless it is something small and inexpensive, I would not shop Best Buy. They are playing small ball. I will also be communicating the terrible experience on Social Media. The store rep was great but it ends there!!!!

    Tv looks great. Operating system is a bit clunky. Rating one star for the Best Buy install. Team that installed did not know the new mounting brackets were changed in 2025 and therefore installed the tv in the wrong spot causing the $500 bezel to no longer fit. Upon calling Best Buy support I was disconnected 5 times with no call back. TLDR, tv good. Best Buy bad.

    Great idea....when it works

    The picture is very good and the art looks fantastic. But I'm ready to rip this piece off the wall and smash it. It constantly require the TV to be unplugged to reset it....which is nearly impossible while mounted on a wall with the outlet behind it. I would highly recommend trying something different. This "technology" isn't ready yet.

    Lag, lag, lag. I’ll save you time and money. Don’t get this tv. We turn the tv off and it turns itself back on. It’s painful to try to watch anything but the pictures we put on it as “art”. It’s plenty bright and has a nice picture. Worked for a few months before the Lagging.

      1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
      3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
