    Great picture quality and ease of use. BB did a nice job with install and customer service. We combined with a Sennheiser sound bar and they work great together.

    I really like it. It replaces a 14+ year old TV. The interface leaves a bit to be desired. Some older shows do not seem designed for the higher resolution. You are paying a lot more for the frame aspect. The artwork subscription costs money and is kind of ridiculous. But, still, I really like it.

    I was blown away by this Product. It looks great over my fireplace and in the art mode it adds a touch of elegance and refinement to our great room. My wife, Terri and I are both gaining new appreciation for the art and its ability to enrich our lives. The Samsung frame smart T.V. has surpassed all of our expectations.

    The TV and built-in functions are awesome. The included mount was very east to understand and install. Only gripe is that the "Frame" TV doesn't come w/ an actual frame included - just the thin plastic trim. Have to drop another couple hundred to purchase seperately.

    Walking into my home great room, the first thing you see is my fireplace with this tv hanging over it, It was important NOT to see a bracket on the wall behind the tv! Beautiful ultra thin, looks just as it’s called A picture frame TV

    Well, after an odyssey of a delivery process, we got a fantastic TV and we are very happy with it. The size fits perfectly in the room, the non glare screen allows any angle viewing, besides the art viewing when not watching live tv is incredible. A 10 all around.

    The picture is very good and the art looks fantastic. But I'm ready to rip this piece off the wall and smash it. It constantly require the TV to be unplugged to reset it....which is nearly impossible while mounted on a wall with the outlet behind it. I would highly recommend trying something different. This "technology" isn't ready yet.

    We have had a 55 inch frame for the past 8 years. We have recently updated to the 65 inch. It has a beautiful picture. Great new features and has such clarity. Highly recommend!

    This TV has met all expectations. The art is great and greets visitors when they enter the room versus a black TV screen. The Matte screen works wonderfully in my well lit living room. Very happy.
