Easy to set up, but harder to turn on captions. Operates very simply.

Products I purchased are great, however, the protection plan that I purchased was explained by the sales person as a 2 year plan for $179, but when I got home and looked at my receipt, it was written up as a membership and was good for only a year … I called and talk to a rep, and was told I would have to pay an additional $179 for the 2nd year. The salesperson said protection plan was $179 for 2 years!!! A very deceptive practice !!!!

The Samsung 65" TV is a good quality product and is reasonably priced. It is showing great pictures presently.

My Samsung purchase was great! The store associate was extremely helpful and made my purchase fun! Store was clean as well. Best Buy will always be my go to and number one priority for electronics!

Very great tv the quality is on par with my LG OLED

Purchased in December 2023. 2 remote controls replaced at my own expense. HDMI port 3 quit working on 09.24.25. Samsung says TV is out of warranty and any service or repair will be at my expense. So now my Sonos Arc soundbar won’t connect. Will have to try an optical cable I guess Have had at least 5 Samsung TVs over the years and this one is by far the worst. I have a 15 year old Samsung that still works perfect and will not die. Guess their quality has gone down hill or I just got a lemon

Excellent job by Geek staff. I'm happy with my new Samsung TV. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They taught me how to use the new remote together with my cable remote.

The picture quality is good, but a little disappointed with the sound.

The tv is so nice, the ambient screen is fun for during the day or for parties. Good for watching shows or playing games. Only thing that is kind of a negative is that it seems kind of quiet compared to our old tv.

Really impressed, but so much to learn for an older person with our first "smart tv". Not real happy with the remote provided, but found another "universal" remote that makes learning easier

I have had this TV for over a month and I love it! You can’t beat it for the money and the operating system is extremely user friendly and app agnostic (GoogleTV, Firestick, and AppleTV users know what I’m talking about!).

I had to exchange this tv because it was freezing a few times out of the box. Also, couldn’t connect to a samsung soundbar with hdmi.

Great product. Samsung is simply the best quality tv. Best Buy staff are awesome. Friendly and professional. Always a pleasure.

Sound, picture, features you name it are just so incredible it’s insane. I did loads of research on which tv I should get and this is ultimately beyond what the internet tells you.

Works great! Sometimes gets weird with PS5 connected. Even though I haven’t used my PS5 in 3+ months, it will occasionally turn my PS5 on when I turn the TV on.
