Geek Squad installation

However, they did give me some inaccurate advice which required me to contact extra help to get the tv running correctly

DO NOT BUY!!!

My Samsung TV stopped working far earlier than it should have, and when I reached out for help, I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee and labor costs just to confirm an issue that Samsung knows is common. Nothing was waived, and no real support was offered. I expected better from a brand like Samsung and from Best Buy’s service process. It feels unfair to spend more money just to find out whether the TV is even fixable. At this point, I wouldn’t buy another Samsung product, and I wouldn’t rely on their repair process again. Save yourself the headache. The quality doesn’t match the cost, and the support when things go wrong isn’t worth it.
