    Picture not clear and sharp. I called Samsung and they could not improve picture remotely. Best Buy was great and picked up that TV and delivered a 55" Samsung Neo QLED 4K and it is spectacular. The TV'S were both on sale. They both dropped in price and Best Buy refunded the difference.

    Good tv with good pic. Dealt with nice salesmen but 2 totally different opinion on best tv's.

    It is a great TV but I have noticed at time blue faces or parts of the face on programs. I don’t know if it a Directv problem or a Samsung related. To say I am concerned is an understatement. Please research and give me feedback. I have rated it no to others but after and explanation I will redo survey.

    Actually kind of disappointed in this Samsung product. Maybe it is just me, but it seems as if the quality of their product has dropped a couple levels. I would consider other brands and the quality of their picture before spending hard earned money for a subpar product.
