I purchased the Samsung Q80C to replace a Samsung Crystal TV. The picture quality, easy set-up and smart features are excellent. Paired with a Samsung sound bar with awesome Symphony sound. The Best Buy representative was very professional and knowledgeable to help guide us to a perfect match. Highly recommended.

Our previous TV recently went out and so we needed a replacement. So I went to a best buy near me and shopped around. This was the first tv that caught my eyes. It was a floor model that was being discontinued for a reasonable price. It had a few scratched and a small dink on the back, however they price was reasonable for its condition it was in. Retail price was $1,300 and because of its condition it was marked at 45% including a $100 Overall with the delivery fee off a $100 I save over $700 I'm so glad I made the purchase. But a little heads up don't expect the quality of what you see at best buy when you take it home. Lol It all depends on what you watch and the quality it is in it allows. its only capable of producing what your subscription will provide. 1080 P, or 4K

I bought the 65” samsung q80c after returned the sony x90l, which was a totally disappointing, and I’m very happy with the image quality and the performance of the tv. Every content looks good, punchy colors, good contrast excellent scalling and clear audio and great overall sound. Totally recommend.

Picture quality is fantastic and the smart TV attributes work great, especially for the price that I paid. Very good pre-Christmas sale. Because I use a soundbar with the TV, I will not comment on the sound quality, as I'm don't really know.

HAVE HAD TV FOR 4 WEEKS. JUST An OUTSTANDING TV, PUT A SOUNDBAR WITH IT AND YOU ARE SET!! DONT NEED TO SPEND BIG BUCKS FOR THIS QUALITY.

Love this TV. The picture is excellent. The only thing I wish is that Samsung would go back to makimg larger remotes.

I figured I would share my experiences with the 55" and 65" versions of this Television... I've had good experiences with Samsung in the past w/r to televisions but am disappointed with these last two purchases. I experienced no issues with the 55" television for the first few months and decided to purchase a 65" Q80C for my main living room. Shortly after installing the 2nd device, I began noticing a variety of issues...mainly software/user interface related. In general I have been happy with the picture and sound quality but the other issues described below are what is driving the 2 star rating... First, the firmware updates could be handled better. Instead of the device becoming unresponsive with no explanation of what is going on, it could inform the user that an update is happening...I would usually find out about an update by power cycling the TV and only then would it display an update dialog... Next, I won't deny that there are periodic "outages" in which my service provider or streaming service has an interruption. Other screen devices on my network seem to handle these gracefully and recover. Both Samsung TVs don't handle these outages as well and one outage is enough to put the devices in an eternal "hourglass" state. Only a power cycle will bring the device back. This problem occurs over both Wifi and Ethernet networks. The problem seems to be related to the network "front-end" of both devices. In general it seems that the microprocessors used for these devices are underpowered and struggle with the demands of streaming AV data... I have verified that I can bypass Samsung's network interface bottleneck with an external Roku device and pretty much all of these annoying problems go away. I think the take-home message is to consider processing horsepower when purchasing this type of computing equipment...

Excellent picture, sound, and works great overall. My son can bluetooth for sound when he is watching it alone.

So far this is a great tv. We have not purchased one in 9 years so we were hesitant, but this is working great.
