Jumpy, glitchy remote makes TV unusable.

When you Google how to reset the remote, you get a bunch of different ways to do it and none of them work. In fact, Samsung themselves suggest things that don't work. (for instance, take out the batteries-the remote has no batteries) I am astonished that Samsung allows these issues to persist for years and years. Please note as well that many people give this TV a 5 star rating still say the remote is awful so this is a LONG TERM KNOWN PROBLEM and Samsung doesn't care. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Horrible quality, breaks after 1 year!

Just over the one year warranty and Samsung wouldn't do anything to help! Horrible quality would not ever buy anything Samsung again. The guys at best but said their displays always break to! Don't but their products!
