Jump into the screen and feel like you’re there. The colors are amazing when it’s night or during the daylight hours. And our TV is in a bright room. The refresh rate is beyond anything I’ve owned to date when watching sports. I wanted a step up with full array capabilities. For the price, you will get more from this television than anything else out there. That’s my experience, of course.

Movies and gaming is excellent. 4k HDR has amazing picture and color.

Purchased this TV after Black Friday when I, unfortunately, cracked my old Samsung TV while moving. But I have to say, I’m glad it happened or else I never would’ve gotten the chance to purchase this gem! Picture quality is great, color is vibrant, and the user interface is seamless. Very happy with this TV and would definitely recommend.

We went in thinking we'd buy the Q70 version, but seeing the 70 and 80 series side by side, sprung the extra bucks for the 80. Crystal clear reception, and an added bonus is the surprisingly-good sound coming from the TV's speakers (I use an upscale surround sound system, but this is nearly as good). Another surprise was the material-saving size of the remote with it battery-less solar power source. Being a bit of a Luddite, I yearn for the days when a hard copy set of instructions came with the TV. Thus the 4 rating.

We had a great experience at Best Buy. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. You don’t find both of those attributes very often in the same person. Tv has a great picture, but I wish it also had manual controls.

The picture on this television is absolutely beautiful! Crisp, clear, high definition coupled with HDR10 make the colors seem to pop out of the screen! The "Intelligent Auto" setting takes the guess work out of getting it up and running, and looking great! Most flat screens are pretty lacking in the audio department. This one is the exception! The internal speakers sound great on their own, but what makes it shine is the audio processing power it has to make your connected sound bar sound better than you ever thought it could! I would love to have a couple more of them these for the other rooms of the house. I think I need at least one more for the "man cave"!

A great TV thus far. You can appreciate the wide angle and especially the vivid clarity and color imagery of Samsung's QLED technology. I believe in Samsung and this product replaces the 2017 curved TV we had in its place. That TV worked and continues to work well in another room.

The colors are vivid. The sound quality excellen by itself. However, the price was less than at other stores so I also purchased a sound bar which came with a sub-woofer. Watching a movie is like being at a theater when I turn it on! So glad I included Best Buy on my list of stores and wish I would have went there first.

Great tv and amazing picture quality, use it as a third monitor for my gaming setup and also as my tv.

The smart remote is very nice. Like having Alexa on the TV for voice control. The Intelligent picture and auto does not look as good as my customer set up. I bought this model because of the reviews, on sale and the 120hz refresh rate. Do not buy a TV this big without at least a 120hz refresh rate or it will be blurry on fast moving objects. Overall a very nice TV. It is a deal if you can find it on sale and much better than the CU 7000 or CU8000 models at Wally world.

This is one hell of a TV! Gaming on it is exceptional with the refresh rate, brightness, and clarity. TV and movies are crystal clear. And I'm staying to enjoy the smart Samsung features more and more as they continue to fine tune it.

TV picture is fantastic. Bright and vivid. 120hz refresh rate best shows with streaming services. Xbox X looks great. Load up time is lightning fast. OLED was out of our budget. This has been a fine second choice Sound through sound bar. TV sound is ok. Clearly the Samsung sound at is the way to go though. Christmas is coming

got a great price and surprised my husband for Christmas! was extremely easy to hang with the best buy mount and the picture is a dream. loving it so far especially with bowl season lol. The vibrant colors are so bright and makes watching in the dark seem like a movie theatre

I have had this new TV just a month. It was easy to set up and the picture is great. Navigation is smooth. My existing surround sound system works with it fine. The picture is so sharp I can now read the small print from across the room.

Very pleased with the TV, though our first one had the screen/back lighting go out on it within a week. I suppose it is better that it happened right away than later. Usually have had good luck with Samsung TV's. The replacement so far has been good. Overall I enjoy the TV's features and the quality of the picture. A good option for those that don't want to spend a lot more money on OLED or higher end TV's. A "good middle of the road" TV. 4 Stars only due to the defect in the first TV.

I am a Samsung TV diehard and this TV did not disappoint. The remote and interface are intuitive and easy to navigate to download your favorite apps. I was connected and watching shows within minutes! The picture is awesome too of course!

Extremely happy with my Samsung 65 in TV much better to navigate then my LG. If someone like me who is not good with new tech can set up and learn to use it with ease anyone. Excellent picture and sound I recommend this for anyone who's looking for a medium size TV

I debated on an LG model that is similar & less expensive than this Samsung but Im so glad to purchase the Samsung. Great picture & love the solar remote. Easy to navigate & sound on TV is sk much better than I expected even though I use a soundbar.

I love my tv. The Best Buy rep was amazing: he was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions regarding the room the tv was going to be in. This one was chosen and has great colors and sound bar. Very easy and to assemble and use. It surpassed all expectations.
