Love the TV - Disappointed with the TV Speakers

First & foremost, I absolutely love this TV (65-inch Neo QLED QN95BA), and the picture is absolutely breath taking! The display is extremely bright and looks great in my family room which has multiple large windows allowing tons of sunlight in. If you plan to use the TV in a sunlit room, this TV is perfect and puts the competitors to shame.
While the TV’s OS is not the best, I stream everything via a Roku so 98% of my time using the TV is utilizing the Roku OS and remote (easy solution for anyone with concerns regarding the Samsung OS). Next, the TV is full of excellent features, and I especially love the Picture in Picture mode (not sure why this particular feature was ever removed by TV manufacturers). Glad Samsung brought this feature back to their TV’s!
Now a major annoyance I have with the TV I received…
As others have stated in their reviews, I’ve experienced issues with a rattle noise stemming from the back panel which is caused by the interior TV speakers vibrating (even at low volumes). This is a design flaw and can be fixed by securing the back panel better around the 8 speakers or by adding a cushion type material around the edges where the back panel meets the TV to stop the vibration noise. Fairly sure this would void the warranty though.
Lastly, Best Buy is replacing my TV with a new one, and I should have the replacement in a week (excellent customer service BTW). I absolutely love the TV so my fingers are crossed the new TV will not have the same sound issues. I purchased the Samsung sound bar/sub combo (HW - Q800B), but haven't connected the sound bar/sub yet. Really looking forward to utilizing the Q Symphony sound features that will incorporate the TV speakers with the external Samsung sound bar/sub combo, and will be extremely disappointed if the TV rattle cannot be solved. I'm a lifelong fan of Samsung products and hope Samsung can figure this out. I will also provide an update after I receive the new TV.

Serious quality issue, dead screen and sound bug

This tv is supposed to be the most highend among the Samsung 4k lineup, but it has some serious quality control issues.
I bought it a week ago and on day 2 the screen wouldn't light up. I had to unplug the tv to force a restart. And it worked for a day or so and it happened again. This time I took a closer look and noticed that the tv is actually half on. I can see very faint pictures of the home UI on an almost black screen. Sometimes the UI is even responsive but not always, sometimes there's even sound. I tried different outlets, unplug xbox and chromecast etc to see if it's a compatibility issue and it happened again even if no hdmi device is plugged in.
Another annoying issue is the audio. The TV back panel is made of plastic, and the speaker might be very good and powerful, the platic cannot endure it. Whenever there's bass in the sound, the whole tv would vibrate and create a loud noise. Basically you will notice it in any movie or even shows.
The TV also comes with a bit of dust on the back, not sure if it's because of the transportation or a repackaged return. I bought new though.
The TV is great when it's working, but you don't want to thorw $2000 down the drain given the quality concerns, it's literally just been days. I guess its better to choose the QN90B or simply a different brand.

Beautiful color spectrum, contrast, and depth perception. This is our second Samsung and would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for dynamic colors. We previously purchased an LG OLED and returned it to buy this TV. There is no comparison. The LG had a horrible glare and was just bright but lacking in color contrasts and depth perception. This television is worth the price. Do not hesitate. The picture quality from football to nature scenes is outstanding. This TV delivers in dark and light conditions and has a sensor to optimize the picture in each condition. LOVE IT.

I recently lost my Samsung 65" QN95B Neo QLED 4K TV to a fall that shattered the screen—and honestly, it felt like losing a part of my daily joy.
The picture quality was stunning: vibrant colors, deep blacks, and razor-sharp 4K resolution. I watched countless hours and it never lost clarity or performance. The smart features were smooth and the sound was great for a flat panel.
If you’re thinking about buying it—do it. Just make sure it's secured properly. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

We purchased the 65" QN95B Neo QLED to replace our old Samsung TV that broke. We are impressed with anti-glare and brightness in our sunny room. We looked at OLED but were told it would not be as bright in a sunny room. So far, it is working well. The only issue to be considered is that this model is designed to have a separate "one connect" box to input cables. It is designed to streamline the cables, but Samsung does not provide a "fire rated" power cable that can be strung behind the wall to a console to house the additional equipment (cable box, gaming console, DVD, etc) so you have to mount the box on a TV mount behind the TV. Otherwise, the power Cable has to hang down to the "one connect" box. It defeats the objective to have the cables streamlined and out of sight. Weird design. But, we made it work. We have it connected to a Sonos soundbar and system. I would recommend this TV.

SCREEN BLACKOUT! THINK BEFORE BUYING!

We decided on this Tv because of the great quality for a great price, everything was great, we loved the Tv and were impressed by it until the three-week mark when the screen glitched, went blank and wouldn't come on. We went through best buy who told us the Tv was under manufacture warranty through Samsung.
Long story short through some troubleshooting steps the Tv was working, all was well. Three hours later we ran into the same problem of the Tv not turning on and none of the previous troubleshooting was working. If we even slightly touched the side of the Tv it would turn off. Samsung was trying to charge us for the visit to see the Tv, plus labor and parts cost to fix the Tv, claiming the Tv wasn't covered under warranty. Thank god I bought the geek squad protection they were awesome and came out two days later. In true ironic fashion the Tv started working again. We got a call from Samsung asking if we still needed to set up an appointment we told them no it was working right now and told them best buy came out to look at it. The lady PROCEEDS to tell us that "it's good you got the protection because when it goes out again and it WILL happen again to call them back" meaning call Best Buy back. So Samsung is aware that there is a problem with this Tv and I'm willing to bet THAT'S the reason for the low price. If you're gonna get the Tv (I highly suggest you don't) please please please get the geek squad warranty!

Love this TV. I bought it to replace my 2015 8500 series. I tried the 2021 model and hated it so returned it last year waited and bought this. The colors are bright! Excellent for xbox and movies. Easy to use and set up. I did have to select pass through for audio cause i am using a receiver and had audio lag on games. But pass through fixed all that.

Flimsy screen and terrible sound quality

The sound is horrible. Any amount of bass makes a terrible buzzing vibration sound. After having this issue, I googled it and found a ton of other people had the same problem. There was supposed to be a software update to fix it, but it hasn’t. The screen is super flimsy. Sometimes when I turn it on, it doesn’t get past the load screen so you have to turn it off and back on again. I’ve even had to just pull the power cable twice in two months to get it to load properly. The picture is fine when it’s working properly, but not the best image. I had higher expectations of this TV. I have an LG OLED that looks and performs better. I only chose this Samsung for our living room because it wasn’t susceptible to burn since this tv gets paused quit often. This is the first TV that I’ve purchased and after the first day started thinking about replacing. Since the picture is fine and the interface is easy enough to navigate, I gave it two stars I stead of just one.

Picture is superior, as reviewed. I can take only a third of its brightness level, allowing for deeper color detail and depth adjustments. The software interface however is cumbersome and self serving. The whole approach is selling you content rather than serving your existing needs; by making it difficult to access your existing capability but easy to add new service. The minimalist remote has three buttons to pay services.

Ive always been a samsung fan so when the opportunity came for me to buy it, i was very excited. Picture quality was great and it integrated well into my smarthome (smartthings, googlehome and homekit user). I am even one of the few people who liked the one connect box because it was simple to connect all streaming boxes/consoles etc in one place. However, the TV has a huge glitch that was never patched by Samsung in that it would not display a broght image if turned on from a deep sleep. Other reviews have pointed this out and theres a reddit channel that talks about this model of TV having the same issue. I even tried updating the software and that didnt solve the issue. I would have to unplug the TV whenever that happened and it wasnt worth the hassle. I ended returning it for a different brand. Maybe in the gutuee ill try the samsung oled…

With the price of purchase and tax this device is going to take several moments of hesitation for any buyer. Once decided to finalize and give in the waiting started. Finally that tension and fear of hesitation switched to excitement and impatience. The display is in a catagory of its own. Brightness and white color detail are incredible to say the least. 120hz to 144hz in vvr for pc connection. The one connect box can be hidden behind the tv in its own mount or with its extension adapter to snug it in a place of your choice. The gorgeous frame is sleek and will impress all to just how light the complete assembled tv is. Smart apps within the tv are simple and easy to follow and boot if you have a samsung account. This will allow a full transition of apps and settings for previous users that are upgrading. Also with apps are the smart calibration included to professional useers who like their own settings or for those who want the best picture settings for the room. You can scan a QR code on the display and follow the on screen instructions to calibrate to your phone camera. This is optional of course but it is a nice feature that gives users the option to develop what this tv can do. Great purchase as I am happy with the display and its functionality to adapt to my home theater and transition with little to no issues connecting and labeling attached devices.
