Listed as open box excellent. The screen had scratches on it, the back was scratched up like someone had tried to mount it and couldnt. The screen was pulling away from the rest of the tv. Absolute joke that best but felt this was open box excellent

After a little over 5 months, the TV will not turn on. Best Buy Total Tech has been out twice to fix it. The TV still is not working.
Best Buy will be back this weekend with more parts.
We've been without a TV for 6 weeks. Total Tech is not worth the additional cost.

What a cluster!!!! Remote doesn’t work. Had to order another one. Software was outdated. Samsung had to send usb drive to update. Meanwhile the back of the tV is separating from the frame. Not impressed.!!!

This is a replacement for a 55" Samsung that died after 13 years of heavy use with no problems or issues with component failure whatsoever. This TV has a very bright picture, and unlike many others who are complaining about the integrated speakers, I am running this through a Onkyo surround receiver and have zero issues. If you are not using a sound bar or full surround setup, the built in sound is anemic (as it is in all TV speakers).
I love how the remote has no battery but a built in solar panel that charges the small remote control. This is also the first TV I have ever had that has apps such as ROKU, and also has a ton of built in movies that are free to watch anytime. After setting up the ARC on my receiver, I can also enjoy programming from the apps through my surround setup.
4K Ultra HD blu rays look awesome on this set, I have no regrets with my purchase. I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a quality TV that brings the action of sports, movies, and gaming alive with high definition and crystal clarity.
This TV is one step below their 8K QLED's and for what you're getting, is a better buy in my opinion.

Samsung has done a fantastic job squeezing the latest tech into an impressively slim display. Samsung can provide such a thin display because of their external one-connect box. The "One Connect" provides the various interfaces it supports and power to the television.
The One Connect can easily conceal using the TV's mounting stand; otherwise, it can be in a central location to make it more convenient for your TV cable interfaces.
Samsung has also updated the remote to the TV by giving a quick access button to Disney+, which the previous model does not have. The remote can also charge itself with solar energy or a USB-C cable.
The QN95B display has a thin accent metal trim wrapped around the TV edge. The screen color is stunning with all the vibrant colors. The images displayed on the screen make it feel like you're looking out a window. The screen is jaw-dropping, especially when displaying ultra-high-resolution content.
This smart TV and it's preinstalled with streaming apps already on it. The TV supports most current streaming services, and any other not preinstalled can be found within the app drawer.
The sound on this screen is something to mention. For built-in speakers, Samsung has done a fantastic job with their 3D sound. The TV can mimic if it is like a surround sound setup bouncing audio in different directions.
Overall I'm fascinated with this TV and excited to explore more of its features as I settle in with it.

Excellent image quality. Very poor sound comes with buzzing on any high pitched sound even if the volume is 30-40 coming from the base speakers. The unit vibrates. This was raised on Samsung community platform.
