I have this paired with a Samsung Q900TS and it's a fabulous match. I wanted to not have a rear set of speaker to deal with (new house with open floor plan)....I had full surround in my last setup and was concerned that this might now sound as good. I was pleasantly surprised when we watched movies with this system....the sound is great (I don't miss the surround sound).

This sound bar is amazing! The sound quality is outstanding. It brings everything to life with unbelievable surround sound. I ordered the sideline and shipping was easy and showed up at my door unless than a week. I can sync this sound bar through Bluetooth to my TV easily as well as my Samsung phone to play music or watch TV in high quality digital sound.

I was originally going to get Sonos . After reading a lot of reviews I decided to go with this combo sound bar with sub. So far I love the sound and bass I get from the system. I love the simplicity of it since all my other systems were receiver with 6 speakers. Very easy to setup. Alexa works great and this was a lot cheaper than Sonos.

Bass that makes my house shake. I added rear speakers and now it's like being in a theater. The sound pans across the room like a helicopter flying overhead. WOW!!!
Had some difficulty making Alexa work - ended up having to do a hard reset. Also tried to update from USB and found the instructions opaque.

Sounds really great. Easy setup and no issue syncing to the subwoofer. Only thing I would change about this soundbar is for the price I think they should have done better than the cheap looking cloth that wraps the exterior.

Great sound with my Samsung TV; the sounds really surround you - even my dog has turned around looking for a dog when one barked in the background of a show.
Easy to bluetooth connect the phones and play music through the speaker when not watching the tv.
Super happy with the purchase!

A bit on the pricey side but it is an amazing sounding soundbar. Don't expect too much bass from the sub but it definitely hits just nothing anything too crazy.

This soundbar and sub combo is pretty phenomenal. I was a little hesitant at first, due to the price tag, but I am glad I did. I ended up having to mount my 75" Qled TV on the wall as the soundbar was wider than the legs on the TV but the end result was better anyway. The sound quality is crisp, clear and accentuates all sounds well for a complete listening experience. I wish the sub was a bit more active when listening to music, but it is spot on for movies. The sound is deep, is responsive to a fairly good frequency range and brings the thunder when the scenes demand it. Since it is wireless, I would recommend playing with the placement to find your favorite sound. The BT and ARC functions are flawless and I have yet to find a device that this thing will not pair with. I would recommend this setup to anyone, Qled owners or not, but Qled owners get to really enjoy the Q-symphony function and truly get your money's worth.

Overall it is more of 4.5 star but I can only select full stars. Very nice addition to the Samsung television. You are able to use bluetooth connection instead of the HDMI cord; however, the HDMI option passes the best sound of the two. Subwoofer is bluetooth so that is one less cord. It has 16 speakers and the ends substitute for not having the back speakers. This is where it is lacking. The base is not as rich but is acceptable. As I am writing I just realize perhaps to turn the base up on the television to see if I get a deeper effect!

I have been impressed with this soundbar so far. I am accustomed to full surround sound for the past 25yrs (receiver, center channel, surrounds, etc) but I needed something less complicated for den, which has hardwood floors and too many hard surfaces being near the kitchen. Its simply not the best place for traditional surround sound setup but I still wanted high quality sound. All my traditional surround setup is in my media room.
Setting up the soundbar was simple. The highs and midranges are crisp, speech is clear, and all the individual speakers on the sides and top really make it feel like true surround sound. The sub thumps more than I expected. I honestly had high expectations and this soundbar/sub combo delivered. I highly recommend this Samsung soundbar, which I chose over Sonos.

We bought it with the Q80T package and got a good deal! The sound bar works perfect with it especially if you play movies that has the dolby atmos!
I also love the wireless subwoofer!

I was looking for a soundbar to pair with the Q90T TV. I previously had it paired with the HW-Q70T soundbar, and while it was nice, being a 3.1.2 soundbar, it was down mixing 5.1 and 7.1 content, and having a Nintendo Switch, there were the LPCM 5.1 issues. I didn’t have the space for rear speakers, or else I would have went with the Q950T.
Having watched Atmos content and feeling like there’s an airplane flying over you, or the thunder sounding like it’s coming from outside is amazing. Audio placement matches movie scenes. Definitely make sure your room size and ceiling height works for the acoustic, as it won’t sound the same for everyone, based off the room. I stopped using Q-Symphony, as it just makes it louder, and will sometimes have lip sync issues. I’m okay with that though, as the soundbar alone is more than worth it. Center channel dialogue is very clear with Adaptive Sound mode. Listening to music sounds great. Alexa works as you’d expect. I never owned the Q80R, the one this replaces, so I can’t comment on how it compares with the new angled speakers. Overall, I’m very happy with it.
Bottom line, if you have the money and want a simple 7.1 setup without rears, check this soundbar out. It gets very loud!

You are paying a good chunk for this soundbar but it has amazing sound. You can clearly hear voices and the bass is not overpowering. We have ours in a large living room with high vaulted ceilings so the sound during movies is not as good as it could be since the DTS:X can't bounce off the ceilings and walls like it is meant to do. But sound is still amazing. I imagine that, if this Soundbar were in a smaller room, it would feel as though you were in the movie theatre. I am picky about sound, and the sound is very good. You can also select different pre-sets and you can control the bass and voice outputs. In addition, you can play music from your phone and the sound for music exceeded my expectations. This soundbar is outstanding.

I purchased the Samsung Q-900T in late November and wanted to use the device for at least 30 days before writing a review. First off I'm upgrading from a 10 year old Yamaha 5.1 surround A/V system. The bass was good with the Yamaha but always struggled with voice levels in movies and playback of Bluray and even when streaming on Netflix, Disney+ I had to increase the volume way beyond what I thought would be necessary to achieve a pseudo sound field.
The Q900 definitely lives up to its claim to envelop the viewer in immersive sound! My wife and I were blown away when we streamed our first movie on Disney+. I currently have the sound mode of the bar set to Surround with virtual speakers turned on. I've noticed on more than one occasion where I perceived sound coming from off frame to the left and right of the TV. BTW, I have the soundbar hooked up to a 65" Q80T 4k TV.
30+ days in I couldn't be happier with the sound. Voice in movies is great. There is bass but I wouldn't call it room shaking. Enough bass is present to compliment and not overpower the sound field. The WiFi pairing of the subwoofer was a snap and I haven't loss connection.
I do plan on purchasing the matching pair of rear speakers later this year to upgrade to 9.1.4.
The one negative and I'm not sure if its my Logitech remote or the Panasonic Bluray...but every time I turn on to watch TV within the first 5 minutes the Bluray turns on and I have to flip source back to HDMI 1 from HDMI 2.

Sound bar sounds great. Best we have had. At 37 lbs. needs extra piece of wood to mount because at 25 inches the mounts don’t line up with the studs.

Pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. Had a Vizio which I thought was good until I put this bad boy up and wow what a difference! Great surround, great bass and amazing sound during movies and games. Love the projection of the sounds and how it bounces and makes it feel like there are speakers where there aren’t. Highly recommended this sound bar setup if you’re not looking to spead 1500$ plus but don’t want to short yourself on quality and sound by going with a 200$ one.

It's a little pricey but when you watch movies or shows that support Dolby Atmos audio, it's crazy how the sound from a single soundbar sounds like it's behind you. Really good, just wish the woofer was a little more bass-y
Minus one star for not having both Google Assistant and only having Alexa...come on Samsung!!
