Great System wish the sub had more kick but system delivers a great all around sound for a general room

This sound-bar is the real deal! Super loud(maybe too loud), tons of bass, and the surrounds with up-firing speakers sound so clean! ZERO CONNECTION PROBLEMS. I'm not sure why people don't follow directions. You must update both the soundbar and the rear speakers. Updates were done separately on my end with the flash drive. First update the bar..then follow the driections from samsung to update the rears. I have a full 7.2 setup in my basement and this sounds just as good...maybe better in Atmos. No wires and looks clean.

Awesome sound bar, the Dolby atoms...sound from every where, brings a true theater sound experience. So glad I bought this.

This is by far the best soundbar I have listened to. The Dolby atmos is superb and really gives that immersive feeling I was looking for.

Overall a lot better sound than the tv, but was a bit disappointed with the surround sound. A lot of speakers and didn't experience any immersive type sound. Sub woofer was nice, but the neighbors complained and I ultimately returned it and decided to invest in a 2020 8k tv instead.

I purchased this, what should have been amazing soundbar, however I was quickly let down. Connecting this to my QLED tv was seamless, however once I started playing content whether it be streaming Apple TV, through the tv apps, or even Bluetooth, the subwoofer was clearly making a crackle noise at random. After hours of diagnostic with Samsung and confirming it was on the latest update and all rears and subwoofer were as well, it was deemed to need repaired. I opted to return instead of dealing with a large investment such as this failing after day 1.

The sound quality on this is great and makes movie watching that much more enjoyable. Best purchase to add to my Samsung tv.

I purchased this system to replace my Samsung HW-K950. This unit is designed for use with my Samsung QLED TV and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I connected the unit and the TV immediately recognized it and connected without any issues. The sound is fantastic all the way around. The ATMOS is far better than the previous unit...even normal TV viewing is better. No connection issues with the left or right rear speakers...the subwoofer sounds great. A great purchase.

Well worth the money!! Powerful, clear sound just like you were sitting in the theater but the comfort of your own home.

I bought this for myself and I'm not disappointed! It sounds awesome and would highly recommend this for anyone.

This thing fills the entire room...actually house with sound. I highly recommend checking this out if you can, its pricey but totally immerses you in the movie. Atmos is worth the upgrade from typical surround sound. You dont need to be an audiophile to notice the difference. My wife was sick of my huge tower speakers and surround setup so this was the compromise and im actually happy with it!

This has to be one of my best soundbar, the sound quality is great and integrates well with the Samsung TV also.

This thing is not cheap,but for it to have the connection issue is unacceptable,it has particular for me is the subwoofer makes aloud screeching sound when everything hook-up and sometimes take time to turn on even when blue light indicator lit.

This unit sounds amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking at all the different soundbar solutions out there.

Great bass, great vocals, the rear speaker tend to only do background noise, but it creates a complete experience.

Sounds very good and the surround sound feels like the theater

So cumbersome to use. Always loses wifi signal. I always have to reset and reconnect. It’s an issue that many people complain about online with no resolution. Too expensive for such poor craftsmanship. When it works it sounds on par with other sound bars.
