The unit is great, a little tough to set up. Sounds great. Switched from component system, wanted to downsize.

sounds good but for the money you pay should be better sub cuts out randomly and makes a crackle sound some times the rear speakers work when they want for the and every thing is updated to the latest update for the money I would go elsewhere

Amazing sound quality. Worth the price not to cheap out on surround

I was in the hype of buying this soundbar because of the features, One main issue is the distortion of the subwoofer. I return the same item thinking that it has some manufactures defect and gave another chance to get the same exact item. Still ended up having distorted base, the bass sound produce crackling, crumbling, crumpled piece of metal vibrating. Very disappointing. I've been using Harman Kardon for the past 4yrs and the bass was awesome. After that I loss connectivity of the bass to the sound bar. So, I tried to buy this because of the deceiving features but I didn't get the expected quality for the price I pay. Planning to return this on my day off. Its a complete waste of money. I hope that they test the product first for its quality before releasing it to the market. I need a feedback and explanation of the product.

This is our first Soundbar system we love it. Set up can be a little tricky but once it's going sounds amazing

right out of the box setup was easy. everything connected flawlessly atleast that’s what I thought until any movie or atmos demo I through at the bar sounded good but something was missing. It was then I realized there’s no woomph coming out of the woofer. the blue light kept blinking fast. Tried to troubleshoot with Samsung tech but he had no clue why sub won’t connect and the rapid blue light.. Ended up returning the system unfortunately it was sold out so no option for replacement. I’ve waited so long to buy this system I guess it was not for me..

Sounds great and has been relatively easy to use once you go through the setup process

The overall sound and effects makes you feel like your in a Dolby theater. Definitely a good buy!!

The back speakers are pointless. No sound comes out of them even at max volume and not much from the subwoofer as well...very disappointed. The sound from the soundbar itself is AMAZING but for the price, the system as a whole...thumbs down. Was expecting a lot more from this product.

Feels like you're in the movie theater with Dolby Atmos.

Great product Samsung Never fails , this products Sound fills up you’re whole room, has more up firing speaker , more than Sonos Arc / Sonos Ones surround speaker, so more powerful Atmos sound, don’t get me wrong Sonos home theater system is one of the best, but maybe if they come out with surround sound speakers that have up firing drivers, the Samsung has up firing drivers in both both the sound bar/surround sound speakers,

Sounds very good, easy to operate, the tv automatically turns the soundbar on and tv remote adjusts volume

Great sound with the Harman kardon speakers. The subwoofer really kicks, and the system is loud!

I purchased this as an upgrade, from my old Bose surround sound system. The BOSE had a base speaker and 5 cube speakers that were hard wired. Although the Samsung has good sound quality, I believe the BOSE delivered a much better surround sound.

This system really only sounds good with Dolby Atmos DVD’s otherwise it is just a really loud TV with no surround sound. Additionally it fails to connect to the Q90 TV, had to go to the Samsung Reddit to find a fix as Best Buy did nothing but blame Samsung and Samsung did nothing but say I could mail it in to be checked out. It is 7 months later and I have mailed it to them twice now about to mail it a third time and it still fails to connect to the TV unless you unplug everything (including the TV) and plug it back in after 30 minutes. In the same order you unplugged it. This fix from the Samsung Reddit works but I paid too much for this TV and Sound bar to have to do that every single time I want to use it. I am only doing the mail ins because that is my only recourse if I hope to get a new set up at some point. I will never buy a Samsung product again after this experience. Such a shame because the TV is fabulous. Best Buy also needs to be better about standing behind what they sell. Period.

No criticism of this soundbar, except the powered speakers cords are heavy and too short. These short cords limit the location of the speakers in any room with typical outlet limitations.

We have an 82" Samsung 4K that had a good sound just with the TV speakers. We added this sound system and it was a major improvement. The small speakers that come with it dont play noticeably all the time. But when they do make noise like a dog barking, I was ready to yell at our dog until I realized we didnt have a dog anymore. Great realistic sound system that literally changes the viewing experience of a big TV.
