Garbage. Connection issues ALL THE TIME!

Constant, and I mean constant connection issues. No matter what tv I connect it to (currently I have it connected to a Samsung q80 QLED tv...same brand...should work..). Then I have a Chromecast plugged into the soundbar inputs. It worked for about a week(with some bugs), now it doesn't recognize anything at all as being plugged in

ARC fail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having this product for several months the HDMI arc failed and my Samsung tv can no longer detect this sound bar at all. For 1600 dollars this is insane. Devs should be fired and Best Buy should not sell a product this bad with such poor support from Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product again and definitely will not be buying again from Best Buy.

cant keep rear speakers connected

I see that you mentioned that you've had your unit for over a year now. Please know that the Samsung HW-Q90R soundbar did not launch until late Spring this year.
If you are in fact having issues with the HW-Q90R, please check that you have the latest firmware update.
