    Decent for the money but under the same settings as my previous dryer this one seems to take somewhat longer to fully dry a load.

    Our samsung dryer is only 14 months old. Has been serviced twice, once under warranty after two months for a "bad belt". Now it clunks and out of warranty. THE DRUM HAS BROKEN ALONG THE WELD SEAM! samsung said its my problem. Only 14 months old and the metal breaks. I had doubts about samsung appliance and now its confirmed, cheap, cheap, cheap materials!!!!! DONT BUY! I have had whirlpools all my life and never have been done wrong!

    Our dryer does not properly dry clothes. It was broken at deliver and takes over 4 hours to dry one loan of laundry. We were told to have the lent line cleaned (cost $100) and that wasn't it. Then we were told to only use the timer dry, because the sensor dry doesn't always work; that wasn't it. Then you have to do through the hassle of returning it to Best Buy, after two phone calls, stopping buy the store twice .... Now I have a washer, but don't have the matching dryer and afraid to purchase other Samsung dryer.

    My dryer was installed right before Christmas and now the end of March it has fried! $200 to get the part to fix it plus a 4 week wait. Will never buy Samsung again.
