Every product I have ever owned from Samsung I had the best experience. I have owned a Samsung phone and loved it. Now I own a TV, camera, laptop, fridge, and now a dryer and I love it!!! The dryer works great. Dries quickly and it also has a sensor which feels how damped the clothes are and saves lots of energy. I can honestly say if you purchase this dryer u will be 100% satisfied!!!!! And it's very big it can fit a King size comforter!!! I love it I could of never done that with my old one. It also has a wrinkle release which once your clothes are done drying it will stop and let u know it done and if don't take out the clothes it will start up again for like 1 min so your clothes won't wrinkle :)

I bought this as an open box item and immediately saved 40% off the retail price. Who cares about a scratch on the side when it comes to money. The multiple functions are wonderful. Set at your desired temp and be sure that it will be dry. How about this dryer is so quiet that I can forget it is even on. Best Value and workmanship.

Great dryer - all the function i need

I bought this floor model instead after i was informed it was better quality and the price was awesome. I'm very happy with it and have come to appreciate the little tune it plays when the cycle is complete. Dries quickly and quietly. I didn't need all the bells and whistles of top level model. AND, it looks fine next to my whirlpool duet washer.

Since it was caught within the 14 days of delivery, Best Buy was terrific about exchanging it out. After that, I have had no problems with this machine. It's pretty quiet and does it's job. I have no complaints.

Really like this dryer

It drys some loads in 15 minutes without getting too hot and over heating the clothes. I like to audible signal when it changes from drying to anti-wrinkle mode, but the amount of music it plays other times is a little annoying.

- A:Answer I believe Best Buy has you purchase a new hookup kit if they are to install it. If for some reason they feel you can use the one you currently have, then you have the option of returning the newly purchase kit. So save your receipt.

Q: QuestionWhat is the distance between wall and the back of dryer needed?

- A:Answer The amount of space needed behind the DV361GWBEWR dryer depends on how you're venting it. If you're venting it out the rear, which is how it ships from the factory, you'll need at least 5" of rear clearance. If you're venting it out the left side or bottom, you'll need to convert it using the DV-1A side vent kit, and leave at least 2-3" in the back. If the dryer is installed in an alcove or closet, you should leave at least 2” in front, 17” on top, 1” on either side, and 5” in the back for sufficient air flow. For more information, please review the installation instructions that are included in the User Manual. The manual can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website for easy reference.
