    By far the worst purchase I have ever made breaks down every 6 months and geek squad is worthless as far as I'm concerned. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

    Red hot dryer

    Wow! Paying for that color upgrade really made the difference. Our clothes our 20% dryer thanks to the crimson coating on the outside of the machine (we measured). I told my wife it wouldn't make any difference, but I was SO wrong. We did a side-by-side comparison of this dryer to our old one. The Samsung was the clear winner. It was much redder than that old white one. And when you throw in the fact that it's quiet, fast, and steamy - we can't lose. Highly recommend this make and model (and color) to anyone looking to get the moisture out of their duds. Also, We stacked ours. Not because it was space efficient, but just to prove that I could pickup a dryer by myself.

    A real lemon!

    After only one month from delivery, the timer stopped working, then the heater broke, then it would not spin. Samsung/Best Buy is now re-delivering a new dryer to replace the one we bought. 3 weeks without a dryer, 4 service calls to samsung, 2 service calls to my home, and a required trip to best buy to arrange for re-delivery. Let's hope this new dryer lasts longer than 1 month.

    It's a dryer

    Seems fine. First time we used, it dried really fast. Wife still likes it which is good since she's the one using. Recently, there was one cycle the clothes didn't dry on a timed cycle. I'm hoping this was just an anomaly, but at least I have warranty should anything happen.

    Stopped drying after 4months

    I noticed monday that my clothes were still wet, thought nothing of it, just turned it back on. But then the finish sound went off less than 5 minutes later. So I turned it on, change the amount of clothes in it SEVERAL TIMES, and watch as the timer went from 58-57 and then straight to 1 min. So called the Geeksquad line and scheduled a appt for friday 10 feb. The tech center called me 9th saying they were booked... HOLD up Geeksquad scheduled it for me and gave me the 10th...how are they booked up..there excuse was the rep didn't send the info over to them quick enough. So he was suppose to call me back with some different info. NEVER CALLED BACK. I had to called Geek Squad to file a complaint with that service shop. Now I realize GeekSquad is like every other retailer with a warranty...they contract the services out. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH HOME DEPOT LIKE I ORIGINALLY WANTED.

    Piece of Garbage, Poor Customer Service

    I purchased this unit in Sept 12, the unit was delivered by local best buy and delivery guys were rude, did not install saying that missing equipment, had to call best buy several time to get them to install, when they installed scratched the side of the machine, two months after installation, machine stopped working, called bestbuy they refused return, called samsung they want to charge $100 for unstacking the unit before they diagnose the problem. Will see how it all turns out... Overall horrible experience so far with best buy customer service and samsung...

    We just love our new Samsung matching red washer/dryer... it's quiet, works great and looks fantastic. My husband said he has never seen me so excited about laundry...haha :)
