Purchased the dryer for my son and his family along with the matching washing machine. They indicate the dryer does an outstanding job drying their clothes. They really enjoy being able to put bulky bedding or large loads of towels in the dryer and have everything come out in one cycle.

I bought both the washer and dryer. I did a lot of research before purchasing. The dryer is a lot quieter than the last one I had. it does a great job on everything from dailey clothes loads to the queen and king comforters I have thrown in there. everything comes out dry. I havnt had any issues with wrinkles unless I let sit in there for long periods of times after it is done, even then I just set it on the wrinkle away setting and 20min later they are good to go. great set. very happy

This dryer is amazing. It is quiet and easy to use. It automattically senses when clothes are dry and is accurate. It also continues to 'fluff' them until you are able to take them out, preventing wrinkling.

First new dryer since 1993. Very happy with features and functionality of new Samsung dryer. Looks very updated. Performs well with small and large loads, delicates and heavy fabrics. No complaints and we have been using it for several months. Took over a month for delivery. Store associates were not up front about longshoremen's strike on west coast. Guy in Lowes told me about that after our second delay from BB and I was contemplating canceling the order. Only reason I stuck with it was that no stores (even competitors) on east coast had model washer and dryer I wanted due to strike. Just had to wait it out. But would have been nice if BB associates could have shared that with me up front.

Our laundry room was set up with the sink on the right side of the machines so our dryer has to have either a bottom hinge (which is what we had with our old one) so the door opens down, or left hinge so the door pull is on the right side. After looking at the actual manufacturer users manual and talking with the sales rep, we found that this door is reversible. The installation team took care of it and the dryer fits very well in our tight space. The steam jet portion takes a water line feed from the washer to spray inside the dryer. It's like using a steamer to get the wrinkles out of your clothes - it works but it's not like ironing. (Don't listen to any claims that you can forget about the dry cleaner.) The light inside is an LED bulb that looks like a fluorescent light. The rep told me that it won't need to be replaced.

This dryer is great. It has a large capacity, large enough for a king size comforter. It dries very well. I am very impressed.

They are only a few weeks old but we are still finding useful new features that surpass our expectations. Not as noisy as our old machine. Steam feature is handy

This dryer is an awesome buy! It cleans so fast and the dryer is so big inside. It plays a little tune when it finishes drying and the section of settings is amazing. Definitely a must have.

Bought this dryer as a replacement for another brand we had for about 8 years? What happened to the days of owning an appliance for many years before needing to replace? The features on this unit are great? The steam is a quick way to avoid ironing if you are not looking for a precisoin press job. It sure is convenient. The capacity on the unit is wonderful, and it seems to dry really fast. So far it has been a great purchase.

So far pretty good with this dryer. It is quiet but seems to take a bit longer to dry items... Steam is great but if used on a regular load as a refresher the clothes tend to come out damp.

the dryer is very quiet and has exceptional features. Digital display where you select the fabric and it determines temperature and drying time. Also has a steam feature.

I have had this unit with the matching washer for a couple of months now. My clothes come out nice and soft every time. It has a built in feature where it will automatically periodically turn back on and tumble your clothes so that they will not be cold and wrinkly in the morning when you put a load in the dryer at night. My only minor complaint is that the setting to remove wrinkles on something takes about 30 minutes because it uses the steam and then dries it out again and I wish it was faster. However, in the scheme of things that is a pretty minor complaint and it does what it says very well.

Old dryer died. I wanted to repair it, but wife wanted a brand new one...she picked this one. Now I wasn't thrilled by dropping this much money on a dryer. But it is a wonderful dryer. Many different settings, depending on the load - towels, bedding, etc. Always dries perfectly automatically, but offers a manual override on temperature, time, etc. I haven't used the steam option for wrinkled clothes yet, so I cannot comment on that, but I am beginning to warm up to this purchase!

I have been using this Samsung dryer for a month now and I have been very pleased with the performance and results. First time purchasing a Samsung appliance, so I was hesitant at first. But, so far, it's been great. I like the wrinkle prevent feature and the numerous drying cycles to choose from. I haven't had a chance to try out the Steam Dry feature yet? Hopefully, I can provide an updated review after several more months of use. But so far, so good. I'm very satisfied.

This dryer can dry things very fast and quietly. I can't hear it at night. Awesome Product!

This dryer has a large capacity and works great for our large family. It dries quickly and the clothes come out nearly wrinkle free.

I purchased this machine as a gift for my mom after her 15-20 year old dryer took a final turn and was unrecoverable. We were able to get a great deal from Best Buy that was better than any of the competition. My girlfriend and I have a similar set and my mom really liked the convenience of the steam setting and the fact that it "sings" when done. At this point, I believe she has used more of the available settings than we have (and even has a couple more that we don't). She truly loves it.

I love this dryer. It drys a lot faster than my old dryer that I used to have. It is also very quiet.

I bought the washer/dryer set. I have King size bedding that this will accommodate easily. It's very quiet. Love it!
