I've owned this dryer for a month now. I absolutely love it. And more importantly, my wife does as well. It's operation is very quiet, and there are many options including steam dry. I prefer this dryer to other steam capable dryer because you don't have to pour water into the dryer for the steam cycles to be functional. Just a simple Y-connection in the back. Purchasing from Best Buy was actually very helpful. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable especially when it came to installation. I was very concerned about fitting the dryer in the small space I have at home. I provided him the dimensions and concerns as well. He (unlike anyone else at other stores, Sears, Home Depot and Lowe's) guaranteed me that the unit would fit. He gave me peace of mind and he was correct. the dryer does the job and I have no issues with this unit. I would recommend it to my friends and family any day.

We bought the set of Samsum washer and dryer. Like its counterpart, this dryer has intelligence built into it. It will adjust the dry time for the load weight. I took one star because there isn't a light when you open the dryer which makes it hard to what you need quick without having to take everything out. Otherwise, I would still recommend it.

Our unit had a very minor defect. Best buy brought a whole new unit to the house the next day after i called. Quiet unit. Love it

Love my new dryer! I can put 15 towels in it and they are dry in less than an hour. Very quiet also. The static cycle is great. Still trying to understand the steam cycle. I just get wet clothes on that cycle. Other than that, its a fantastic dryer!

I decided to purchase this dryer for my wife along with a new washer as a combo deal. The dryer has a stainless steel interior drum, and my wife loves the steam option setting also to get rid of some wrinkles on some of my polo shirts. This is last years model but who cares, it has all the features that we need and it looks great next to the washer. It has more settings that we need but for the price we paid it was a no brainer.

I like that it dries most of my items in one cycle. Impressed with comforter and pillow drying time. Twin washer helps since it spins most of the water out of items for less drying time. I haven't tried the Sanitizer features yet. I like the less wrinkles feature. Wish it were energy efficient.

Bought this with the matching dryer. Both of them are great and are pretty much required since they both hold so much. I can't imagine our last dryer holding all of the clothes that you can get into the washer. Biggest thing that my wife and I were concerned about was being able to fit a King size comforter into the washer and being able to dry it properly, something that none of our previous sets have been able to do. Needless to say, it does. I've never really thought about sensor drying since I thought it didn't work (in-laws dryer doesn't); I was wrong. It's great, they both have a jeans setting and I don't think I've ever pulled out a pair of jeans that was still damp. Overall, a great dryer and one that I hope will last many years.

Huge inside. We do large loads and this capacity helps cut down the multiple loads.

Teenagers go through a lot of clothes in a week and my new washer and dryer get quite the workout. with two 17 year old boys trying to get their laundry done in minimum time, they put rather large loads in my 5 cubic washer and it handles it like a champ. I like the simplicity of using these machines, and my grandson likes the music it plays at the end on the washer.

I love this dryer because it holds lots of clothes and does a great job.

I bought this with the matching washer. Though the washer cycles are long, the dryer cycles are short so it all evens out. Know that I'm used to longer cycles because front loaders just have longer cycles then the original top loaders. This dryer is huge, there are lots of options including steam which, though I hardly used it before, it is still nice to have to freshen up clothes. I do love being able to see what is going on inside. All in all, a great dryer. Can't complain and the sensors seem to be working well too which is more then I can say for my mom's LG front loader dryer which keeps on being serviced for malfunctioning sensors. Great buy, great price.

This is my first dryer. It is quiet and nice. Drys quick , it has a rack to place hats or shoes in dryer. It has wrinkle free dry, regular,bedding, or manual. Purchased it on the weekend before black friday sale. Price is so worth it.

I'm very happy with this dryer. I love the wrinkle-free setting that periodically rolls the load to prevent wrinkles from setting. Even if unused, the dryer has a cold water hookup that will let you steam out wrinkles... great for a quick fix to avoid ironing while taking care of other things. The tub is huge and can easily take a comforter. The cycles are smart and detect the moisture content while running so it adapts to the type/density of the material without overheating or under drying. Some cycles take a while, but I don't mind as all loads have come out without anything damp.

I love the steam feature, it keeps your clothes free from overly wrinkling. Cool when you remove clothing from dryer, clothing does feel hard and shrunken from overly heating fabrics. It's wonderful!

As much as we like our new Samsung washer, we like our new Samsung dryer even more. It has simple to use drying options and can easily deal with the largest loads, including bed comforters. Our old dryer made a harsh noise when the cycle was finished. Our new dryer plays a pretty little tune.
