This is the first time we purchase a samsung product and we are very pleased with it. It dryes the cloth well and easy to understand. I give a 4 stars because we have not yet use other features (steam) but so far so good. Is a winner plus it makes very low noise!!!! Love it so far... PS: The installation crew (not from Best Buy) were very helpfull explaining what to expect or what to do should we had any questions or concern. Great job!!! Thank you

Love the wrinkle free feature. When the cycle is done, every few minutes it runs for a few moments, keeping the clothes from wrinkling.

I'm very pleased about this new Samsung drier. I like being able to have the choice of setting a manual time, or choosing the automatic moisture-sensing settings. All the settings work well. It does an excellent job of everything : towels, sheets, clothing, or delicate items. Everything I need in a drier and more. Highly recommend this excellent product.

This was a great buy for the price. I was looking for a large capacity washer and dryer but I was constantly told that front load was way to go. I did not want to deal with the problems with a front load. This was the perfect alternative. My family of four, consisting of two boys ages 21 months and 6 years old, have no trouble with keeping up with the laundry.

Great capacity. More than enough features. Really quiet. 0 complaints. Steam cycle is awesome.

Overall the dryer is very good with a lot of features. The only real problem I've had is even with the anti static mode on my clothes come out extremely staticky.

This is an awesome dryer. The "refresh" options gets smoke and smells out of clothing, coats, and even duffels from camping!

Love this dryer. My favorite thing about it so far is the steam clean feature and the steam wrinkle reducer. Also the size is great as well because it can hold my king comforter and dry it with no problem.

I bought the matching pair, and I built the laundry room around them,they look great. And they work very well.

Large capacity and multiple settings for almost any fabric type. With pre-program set up it's great for general use loads. Just the touch of a button and it's ready to go. It's so easy a teenager could do it.
