||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this with the washer for a month now very pleased with it..my whirlpool Cabrio top loader went out after 5 yrs (bad bearing in tub) so was forced to buy these, I will tell you the Samsung is made much much more stout than the whirlpool set,,,buy these and stay away from whirlpool...also I paid 1400.00 for the set I got a great deal...and I never even bothered with the steam cycle, I have no interest in it si never hooked it up

Nice Dryer

You don't need to fill any water tanks for the steam cycle like other dryers with the steam setting. Put the item on the internal rack and use the steam cycle setting and the water comes into the dryer automatically from the water hose.

The accidentally gave me a washing machine manual. When I called to get a manual, Best Buy directed me to Samsung parts. Samsung wanted to charge me for a manual!! That's unbelievable considering they made the mistake and gave me the wrong one.

Good, Solid Machine

I wish we had realized we would be putting the machine in a tight space with a shelf over the space, because the controls being on the back of the machine do not make this convenient, but that of course is not the machines fault. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with a purchase of this machine.

The various settings for each type of drying need make drying your clothing so much safer. And we believe the dryer has has had a favorable impact on our utility bill. Buy this machine. You will not regret it.
