I purchased this dryer for the quality that Samsung is known to deliver and that it had many drying features. Easy to navigate through various settings and set up your own personal setting. Very nice looking set for not being front loaders. It is very quiet and has a very big capacity. Overall very happy.

I have had my Samsung Dryer and Washer for a little less than a month now...SO GLAD I chose them. They both are efficent, quiet, and I honsetly feel that my clothes are cleaner. The dryer has smart sense so it detects when the clothes are dry and adjusts time so not to waste energy,and the drum is huge. I was able to wash/dry my daughters full size comforter without the machines giving any sign of strain. I have a lot of laundry to keep up with...this makes it go much easier. Tons of pre choice setting, or you can tweek your own, whatever makes you happy. Plus the alert noise is catchy...I did turn mine off b/c I tend to throw a load in as I'm going to bed and got tired of it waking me up.

Samsung makes products that are both easy to use and reliable. Both can be said of the Samsung gas dryer. Holds a large amount of clothes and it's 13 preprogrammed cycles takes care of my laundry at the touch of a button. It's a no fuss, easy to use machine that is outstanding for drying even the hardest to dry laundry. And it's quiet to boot!

This is a fantastic dryer for the price. It's wasn't the most expensive we could have purchased but wasn't the cheapest, either. The size of the inside is fantastic. We had the Samsung high efficiency steam dryer in the past (electric) before we moved. I didn't like that one as much because on the pre-set cycles, it would shut off when it though the clothes were dry, when they really weren't. I was weary of this one, but we haven't had any issues like that. My only real problem is the door. I wish they would have switched it when they installed it (you can hinge the door on either side) so it opened toward the washer so clothes were easy to swap out. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I have had my dryer for less than a month and am very pleased with it's efficiency so far. Clothes dry faster and come out less wrinkled than my old dryer. I love the large capacity. It easily handles an entire large load of towels (washer capacity 5.0 cu.ft.). However, I wouldn't recommend drying a huge load of shirts all at once. I find doing the load in thirds results in hanger-ready shirts that don't really need to be ironed. This dryer has done a great job on everything I have put in it to date.

this dryer allows me the flexibility to dry all different types of clothing, reduced the drying time by half, and has great capacity.

I purchased this dryer for my new house and it is great. The clothes are always dry and the wrinkle prevent option is great because if you forget about the clothes in the dryer they will still come out wrinkle free hours later. Unfortunately though the metal is very thin and the top bent when I sat groceries on it. I guess that is my fault but my old dryer didn't have this problem.

I really like this dryer! Looks nice , great features and good price. It is the standard size but beware te back extends about another 1 1/2 inch so hard to fit smaller places but really like it.

Feel free to purchase this...fast, soundless, best dryer Ive owned. i WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY BUYER IN THE MARKET!

Much better than our Kenmore front load units. Water would collect in the the rubber gasket on the washer and then all this lint would build up into this watery mess of lint and grossness eventually making all our laundry smell like mildew. Pretty gross. Plus, the frame around the soap dispenser kept cracking, even after Sears came out and replaced it once. Cheaply made. The dryer would never get hot enough to dry. I think Sears used to be good a generation ago, but seems like they're not even in the running anymore. Until front loads are redesigned to eliminate the gasket-puddle problem I will never buy one again. Nor will I ever buy a Kenmore again. No such problems with this Samsung. I was slightly concerned about the clothes getting twisted too much in the washer, but no problems. They smell much cleaner when done, so you can tell that the soap is getting well distributed. The dryer works really quickly, and the steam feature is a really nice feature as is the tray to put shoes, sweaters, etc. on. Plus, the little chimes are cute too. First time buying a Samsung W&D and would recommend.

I love this dryer. It is fast and reliable. works much better than the LG I have at my rental house.

The first time I used the dryer, it immediately had a large vibration every few seconds. After calling for service, the repair man determined the drum had a dent in it, apparently inflicted either before the drum was placed in the dryer, or at the time it was placed inside. If anyone had turned on the dryer even for a few seconds after assembly, they would have detected the problem immediately, so that is why I give it a poor rating in quality. If the dent occured in transit or delivery instead, I would say that was the reason for it, but the dryer appeared to be otherwise externally without damage. Once it was repaired, however, it has continued to run smoothly and quietliy, and it now performs well as you would expect from a highly rated producte like this one.

Does a great job washing The only drawback is I am short so I have to really lean into the machine to get everything out of it

I like the steam option on this dryer. Set up was a little difficult and recommend having the store setting up.

Had the dryer for a few weeks now and so far no issues. Stem cycle helped to remove wrinkles and extra large capacity helps to cut down on the number of loads needed.

Very happy with appliance and the way it orks. Very stable machine and efficient. We like thatit is compact , and is very quiet. ery happy with delivery as well. Gentlement were very helpful

I love the large capacity and the many custom drying options. Or you can choose your own drying setting and save it for next time. Plays you a little song when it's done.
