I wanted the largest capacity I could find and I am very pleased with this one. It does a wonderful job.

Dryer dries the biggest loads ever! A real time saver! Sanitize feature is nice. Love the lint trap on the door rather than on top b/c it catches a lot more that way.

Bought this as a set with Dryer. Attractive and modern looking. Large capacity, 3 baskets. Disappointed with the Steam Cycle. Used "Refresh" a couple of times with one garment. Steams he shirt but it didn't dry it completely and had to run another cycle. Tried it again and got the same results. Did take the smell out, just didn't dry it. Does not take all of the wrinkles out, but it takes enough out that it's needs just a quick iron. Overall it's a great dryer.

This our first dryer in several years. It is working great. Seems to dry faster.

So any ways I purchased this Item from BestBuy. I liked Bestbuy and I always thought that they backed any brand that they sold. Unfortunately; that is not so true. I purchased this Item as an open box and was told that their was nothing wrong with it. The rep. tried to push the the geek squad protection plan on me, I said no thanks. "The protection plan will only replace face value of what you pay for an Item." I had only had the drier for 3 days and the display stopped working. The LEDs were no longer working and was making a faint ding sound, when turning the knob for dry selection. I called best buy about the drier acting up and they told me that I could return the drier or they would send a service tech. Well needless to say the service tech never showed up and it is beyond the 14 day return policy. "So guess you is stuck with a drier?" So after I called a service technician, that's not associated with best buy, I finally got the drier to work. The drier works fairly well! Would I pay the full $1000 for the drier? I would have to say NO! I do like the features and the steam settings that is a major sell to me and the shoe rack for drying. Other than the service with Bestbuy, I like the drier.

Got this dryer and matching washer on open box offer at a steal and do not regret it. Huge capacity and notifications are great. Chose this product over comparable LG product because of the supply line integration for the steam feature instead of the user filled reservoir like in the LG.

Bought both the washer and dryer. They work awesome, look awesome, and were installed and ready to use with minimal effort. Great pair for home use, and NSF certified so they could be used commercially.

All of the above and all the easy to use settings are so nice, too.

Runs quiet. Clothes much softer. Love the computerized settings.

We love the dryer- our only complaint is (and it could be from the steam), that it really heats up the laundry room- almost makes it feel humid in there. Runs really well though and is very quiet.

Stepped into the 21st century and replaced a decades old dryer. SO many options and I love the wrinkle guard that cools the clothes to prevent wrinkles. Love the steamer too. Good product.

Great dryer! My only complaint is not being able to adjust the temp lower on the sensor dry settings. I don't like to dry everything on higher heat, so have to go to the timed settings which don't use the sensor dry feature.
