Great dryer in both appearance and function. Very pleased!

This dryer was returned for the gas/steam dryer by Samsung. I found nothing wrong with this. It was my preference to change to the gas dryer.

Very nice dryer. It's quiet and well balanced. Easy to clean lint trap.

Had to get a new one after the first one had problems after the 1st week. It would not do consecutive loads. Almost like it would over heat. Best Buy replaced it and we have not had a problem since.

Love the wrinkle mode and all the cycle choices. Steam can be a bit too much. Wish there was a shorter cycle end signal

The Samsung washer has finally met my expectations of a dryer. It is fast and dries my large loads of clothes in the first drying and I don’t have to start the dryer again. The locks on the door keeps my young children from opening and clothing it during the cycle and the dryer is so fast, I am typically waiting on the washer to finish it’s cycle before the dryer is done. The dryer came with a hose and a hose splitter so I didn't have to buy one for the steam settings. No bladder to fill or to forget to fill, this dryer is directly connected to the water source. Don't forget to buy the dryer cord (not included).

I upgraded my dryer from my old maytag which worked great. I purchased a new washer and decided to go with the matching dryer. All features works and it drys quickly even at low temps, but sometimes it will not stop when the cloths are dry. I have caught it still running (note: not the wrinkle release feature, but still running) with time still to go long after the clothes are dry. I only upgraded my washer so I could wash my comforter (It also isn't as good as my old washer) and the trade off was a dry that might burn up my cloths and a washer that doesn't clean as well. And these are the top end models. Major Samsung fail on this one.
