Nice but room for improvement

It is also much quieter than our previous dryer. The only thing is that the auto moisture sensor is a bit. . . dumb. Almost every load it shuts off before the clothes are fully dry, and to top it off there is no way to turn this feature off. There is an eco mode button but even then if you turn off eco mode and put a load of clothes in for 30 minutes, this will shut off after only 3 or 4 minutes if it feels it's job is done. This is insanely frustrating and means every load has to be put in twice.

It has some nice features that I use (fluff dry) in addition to the regular setting. Haven't used the steam setting yet, but the regular setting does great no matter what I'm drying.

Their products are the best; it would take a lot to make me switch brands. The technicians that did the delivery and set-up were remarkable: knowledgeable and patient: did not rush through the job.

It has plenty of options for drying different garments and the steam option works well to get rid of wrinkles and sanitize items. We have lots of animals, so we use that option a lot. It's very big and it had no problems drying our queen sized comforter in less than an hour.
