I really only bought this dryer because it matched the washer, it was on sale, and Samsung was offering an additional discount for buying the pair. We always have to run multiple cycles to get our clothes dry. My old dryer had no problems drying a full load on low heat within 30-45 minutes. With this dryer, I have to use medium heat and the cycles run over an hour. Also, I wish the dryer capacity was as large as the washer. It's usually not a big deal because I don't normally fill the washer and we hang a lot of our clothes to dry anyway. But, when I wash a large load of bedding, I want to be able to dry it all at the same time. The operation is pretty smooth and quiet. I haven't used the steam feature yet. I would only recommend this dryer if you need it to match your washer and you get a really good price. Most of the features are overrated and won't be used.

I bought this with the matching washer. I am still learning how to use this drier. It has a lot more options then the drier this one replaced. If you use the sensor drying, you will need to set the dryness setting up, when drying bulky items, I have not had this dryer long enough yet to give it 5 stars.

I got the Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 15-Cycle Steam Electric Dryer - Platinum really features 15 cycles to accommodate various fabrics and Multi-Steam technology, which refreshes, sanitizes and removes wrinkles. Nice Huge Dryer, just half an hour and does the job really well.

I bought the Samsung Dryer and washer, this product is amazing! The directions are super easy the dryer is only slightly noisey. If you put alot of bedding in at one time it will twist your sheets but that is my only negative point. Other than that this is a wonderful machine!

If buying with a washer you can use one of the extra hoses they will make you buy to place in line for the dryer. There's nothing to refuel for steam as it uses a water hose. Dryer is very quiet and works very well. Dryer rack is great. It's like dry cleaning at home.

We were replacing a dryer that was 10yrs old. This Samsung was a great choice as a replacement. It's really quiet and dries our clothes quickly. It does have dry sensors that cause it to think it's done when sometimes it is not. That is my only issue with it.

Works great. My only complaint is that it comes with a rubber hose and the steam fx requires you to purchase a braided hose seperately

Read all the reviews and consumer reports reviews. This unit is 2 inches less depth than the replaced unit. The other models were too wide. Love the settings and features. Hat and show rack is a plus. Great look

The first one we received came without a start button, so the team looked for the closest one and got it to me asap. It is very nice so far and we haven't had any problems after the swap for malfunction.

I have had this dryer for a year and a week. It operated fine and then today, it won't spin. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED because this dryer is not cheap!!!! It should definitely last longer than a year.

Bought the washer last year and this year i kept an eye out for the price drop on the dryer. got lucky and bought it at $799. works great. not too loud and goes well with the matching washing machine.

Great dryer times are usually right on rarely does it extend unless it's necessary. Reminds you to check the filter as well which is nice as I tend to forget that. Overall very satisfied.

The stainless steel drum is awesome! Best feature is the sanitize setting! Use that setting every day for my bath towels after a shower. Removes wrinkles from shirts and pants with no problem!

An upgrade to the old one we had, so we like the bigger size and all of the options that it comes with. Not sure we will be able to use them all, but so far the clothes are coming out dry.

It works great! I love the different dry settings for efferent types of fabrics. And I also like the drying rack for shoes or other items that I don't want to tumble dry.

Beautiful fit and finish. The dryer is a little louder than I would expect. But it's manageable. It has plenty of options that allow you to customize all your drying needs.

This thing is awesome. It has so many setting and options and is very large fitting a bunch of stuff at once. Its been exactly what we needed as first time home buyers!

This Dryer is super huge. It goes right along with the wash. If your looking for a large dryer to support the large loads for your family this is it, look no further.

Absolutely love my Samsung steam dryer! The steam cycles are very nice for both getting wrinkles out of an item or using to get a deeper level of clean.
