So far, after a month of use, I have had nothing but good experiences with using this dryer. It is definitely a quality product, at least here at the beginning.

This dryer is loaded with features. I love the steam options that are perfect for removing wrinkles . I have absolutely no complaints about this dryer !

We really love this dryer! We had the gas version, but moved to a house that did not have gas, so we bought the electric version. Has so many options.

My wife and I had an LG washer and dryer. We switched back to Samsung and could not be happier. No more 2 hr drying times. Would recommend to anyone.

For the money I paid for this dryer I would have expected it to be a little better quality to be fairly honest. I returned the first dryer I ordered due to this loud thumping noise made by the drum while on. It made the noise with or without clothes, so weight was not an issue at all. Second dryer that arrived has a very faint thumping noise but nothing too terrible...until about a week later after using it a couple more times. It has started making this loud thumping noise just as the other one did. I normally love the sensor dry options but on this dryer..well both I've had on this model it seems like they aren't correct. I will put it on the sensor dry and when it bings to let me know the clothes are done I go to pull them out and they are still pretty damp. Not just a little damp but like the washer did an extra spin cycle and air dried them damp. I have to set a my cycle on it for it to even get my clothes dry which is no big deal but it would be nice to use the allure of sensor dry for less energy consumption. I do love the fact it has a drying rack you can put in...that's probably the only reason why I'm going to rate it with 2 stars. Yes it dries my laundry but only after about an hour or more depending on what I have put in. Really do research on this product before you buy. This will be the last time I buy a Samsung dryer and possibly a Samsung set. My GE washer and dryer were titans compared to these. Live and learn.

I love everything about this set. I do which the washer setting goals were a little more sensative. Sometimes I have to press the buttons multiple times

Samsung dryer does a great job and the price of $599 was an excellent buy. Also, this dryer qualified for a rebate from my electric company.

The Samsung dryer has many awesome features that makes life easier and i especially love the inside dryer rack, for items such as shoes.

Used alot of dryers over the years, but love this steam one, as once there dry, there are no wrinkles in the clothes. Awesome no ironing :o)

Though we have many options to choose from, we find ourselves using our prprogrammed button often. Works the best and quickest for us

I have been waiting to get washer and dryer for a little over six months . When it went on sale for $649.99. It was a no brainer.

This washer does it all. I really enjoy the fact I can wash comforters without leaving my house and the price sealed the deal.

I have had this dryer for about 2 months. I have tried some of the cycles, but not all yet. In some cycles, clothes do not dry completely, and some cycles take an incredibly long time to complete. The steam settings seem to be especially useless. For the price, kind of disappointing.

This takes the "wrinkle free" to a whole new level. Dryer has many different settings that adjust to dry your items properly.
