I got this dryer and I’ve been using it for a while Best dryer I ever used

I originally purchased Samsung dryer DV48J7700EW but had to return it because it could not do sensor tumble dry low because the preset cycles are not configurable for temperature (see my other review for that model). I read that this model (which is two models higher) has a feature called 'My Cycle' where, according to the manual, you can create a custom drying cycle using any combination of dryness level, temperature, and cycle. Sounds exactly what I need, right? WRONG! 'My Cycle' does NOT allow you to set any combination of settings, it only allows you to save settings that are already configurable. Which means that if you can't select it with the normal dial and buttons, you CAN'T use that configuration for 'My Cycle'. The DV48J7700EW does have a 'Wool' cycle that is a sensor cycle with temperature low. Is this what I've been searching for? NO. According to the manual, 'Wool' is a special cycle that only allows 3 lbs maximum of clothes, does not allow for changing of dryness level, and has an estimated run time of 21 min instead of the 52 min of a normal cycle. So.... I'm on my second Samsung dryer, which cost 25% more than the first, and I STILL don't have sensor tumble dry low.

I love my Samsung washer. The fact that I stop going to the laundry mat to wash my king size comforters is the best. I'm 5'5 and I have to get on my tippy toes to reach the things in the bottom of the wash so it has plenty of space for extra large loads. I was kind of skeptical about buying a washer that didn't have a agitator in it thinking that my clothes would not get clean but that was far from the truth. The power from the water jets get out the worst of stains that I would have other wise threw out or sent to the cleaners.

Let me start off that I'm super furious!!! I ordered my washer & dryer on a Saturday. We set up the delivery for Monday. Monday morning our status changed to in process. I called Best Buy to try to figure out what was going on since I specifically requested off from work for this day. After holding on the phone over an hour they informed me that my merchandise was in back order. I never got a phone call nor an email to let me know about the delay. At this point, I was livid!! Then to make matters worse they told me that they weren't able to deliver till Wednesday. So I had to request another day off. Wednesday comes and they delivery guys did a great job installed them so fast. As soon as I put clothes in the dryer it made a loud banging noise like if the drum was scrapping. Called them immediately and they weren't able to come back and fix it so they would return until Wednesday..an entire week later. Best Buy has made this really hard for me to return back and especially get delivery!

Samsung continues to make some of the best products ever in my opinion. This dryer is one of greatest purchase so much so that I purchased a set for my son and his wife.

I purchased this dryer along with the active washer. I am in love with all of its many functions that are available. This makes it easier for my husband not to have to take his clothes to the cleaners all the time.

Love it, it has worked wonderful for many years and many more to come

This dryer has soooo many settings. Never had this many options doing laundry

It dosen't take long for this dryer to complete a cycle.

I bought the Samsung DV56H9000EP/A2 and have had it for over a year. I bought it because it was beautiful and spacious. At first I was so excited. It was very quite and did the job. Now it's the loudest thing ever. It puts off a very loud vibrating noise that just gets louder and louder. It can be heard on the other end of my house even behind closed doors. There has also been times when it will not shut off. It just keeps running and when I've pushed the power button nothing happened. I've had to unplug it or leave the door open to get it to shut off. Several parts have been replaced and nothing has fixed it. I have a Samsung washer, dishwasher, and stove as well. I wanted them all to match. I will never buy another Samsung appliance and will not recommend them to anyone.

Takes two hours to dry a single load of athletic wear--ie. Quick drying poly-fiber, non cotton clothing. Takes over two hours for cotton. Sheets/blankets get balled up and never dry; need multiple manual interventions to get dry. Electric bills have doubled since getting this terrible product.

I purchased this dryer in May of 2013. I need to replace the tension wheel and belt as it has worn out in 4 years of use. I called Samsung about this and requested that they provide the parts for replacement for free they said no. If you purchase this get the extended warranty as it will not last long.

I had nothing but problems out of this dryer DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG
