Sales associate indicated that there was a mobile app, but they didn't know how to use the app. Products were installed by Best Buy installers and they were rude and refused to wear booties in our new home. Dryer doesn't dry clothes completely despite changing settings on the product.

So far, so good. Buying them together saved us a little money and they seem to work well one month later. We shall see if it passes the test of time.
