I was skeptical to buy another Samsung product after the Samsung too load washer issue. But I personally never found any issues with the washer or the dryer that I have from Samsung. This product does amazing work and has way too many advanced option (which some of them we don't even use).

I was not sure about buying samsung with the problems that had with the phone and then the washers, but when I saw this set in the store it won me over, the drum in the washer is huge. they both have great features like steam cleaning and sanitizing.

Buttons are awkward but does its job. It's big for sure. The lint trap is strange and overly complicated. I'd probably go in another direction if I had to do it over.

good features takes a long time to wash on high settings

The dryer has a lot of features and is very user friendly. However, the clothes very rarely get completely dry on the default setting.

This washer simply does it all. There are many preset settings as well as custom ones too. The water basin feature is great too because I do not have a wash tub where my laundry is done.

only had the dryer for a few months now,and so far so good,no issues,fairly quiet compared to my old unit,and love the fact it self adjusts the time based on the product

If you do not remove the lint every time you run the dryer, a warning light comes on. It will not function properly or dry clothes properly if the lint is not removed.

I recently purchased this item to replace my old dryer. Installation was quick and now the dryer is working great. It has many different options to choose from.

The drier works great . It has sensors that turn it off when the clothes is dry so it doesn't fade the clothes

This dryer has a very large capacity and the wrinkle free setting is amazing! it gets the clothes perfect! It is quite and looks great

We have the gas model and there are so many options and heat settings. The extra steam dry is nice but requires extra setup and tubing.
