I love it the best dryer I have ever bought drys super fast.

Arrived when promised, setup easy, very easy to use

Just remodeled to have a laundry room added so bought new Samsung Washer & Dryer. Just installed a couple days ago and love them. Unfortunately the top loading washers do not have pedestals for the matching Dryers so our contractor built one for me and I love having it higher - no bending for the bad back..

I have had this washer for about a month now, and at least half of my loads have taken twice the mount of time that it showed to wash, and are ending up unbalanced (which is probably what's causing the longer wash time). Every time this has happens it was while washing bedding or towel type items...usually a king sheet set and a few towels, and the bin was only halfway full each time. Not sure if the machine I got just so happens to be a lemon or if it's this particular model, but I am having Best Buy switch it out for a new one (but in white instead) and hopefully I won't have this issues anymore, because I see that these are some of the top selling machines with good ratings. The only reason I got this set was because of the handwashing bin, that was the selling point! So fingers crossed the new one working good!

When my new washer dryer set came I started doing laundry. On the second load, the dryer started making a horrible grinding noise. I called Best Buy and they replaced it without problem. The new one has worked great from day one. It does a great job and I love the steam feature!

We were in need of a dryer fast and when we went into the store they had this model as an open box. I couldn't believe how lucky we were to find such a great piece of equipment for such a great deal. I love Samsung products and am pleased with our purchase.

So happy with all of the functions this dryer has. Best of all this dryer costs 17.00 annually to run, the moisture sensor feature is perfect, no more guessing on how long to dry a load, perfect every time. The steam sanitize and refresh cycle are truly a luxury

You can wear things when dry. I like to wear things. This dries stuff AND things. So, I like this. I also like cool colors. This is a cool color. Shiney things and lights make me smile. This has both shiney things AND lights. Me likey

The filter is hard to clean and says it needs to be clean when it doesn't. The dryer itself does not dry well. It is hard to change the dryer door to open on a different side also.

Both the washer and dryer have cycles that allow for the ultimate care of my families clothes From the most stained and grease filled work clothes to the most delicate their is a cycle to extend the life and appearance.

This dryer could not be better... dries clothes efficiently and quickly. My clothes also comes out with less wrinkles due to the wrinkles control feature on it. I would recommend anyone to purchase this dryer.

Easy set up, holds large loads. Very useful sweater layer included to keep items still. The dryer sensitivity has not been 100% accurate with bedding or towels. Personally I prefer doing time drying.

So i have had this for a week. all clothes come out without wrinkles compared to my front load washer/dryer ge combo. It also sings when done so it reminds you to get them while they are hot haha

Excellent dryer.. had to change out the drum roller a month ago. Just past the 5 year warranty of course, but I’d still buy it again

Best Buy went over and above to get us the washer and dryer in a timely manner. I would and have highly recommended Best Buy to people we know who are looking for new appliances

Has some issues with getting is connected but that was not the fault of the dryer. Once connected, it seems to be doing a good job drying clothes in a timely manner.

When I first started the dryer, it had a very load grinding noise. It was so loud the Geek Squad could hear it while on the phone. They agreed to pick it up and replace it. After about 10 minutes it stopped making the noise so I kept it. In hindsight I probably should have had it replaced but I did purchase the extended warranty. Overall, my wife loves both the washer and dryer. Just couldn't give it more than 3 stars because of the noise.

Good dryer. Setting are great for all different cycles. I would recommend turning the music off does get annoying after awhile.

I'm very pleased with this dryer. The steam wrinkle release is a nice feature, although we haven't used it much yet.

We love all the settings and the dryer's wet sensor. The sound it makes when it finish is a great addition.
