Very good dryer, easy install and easy to use. However it currently stopped working after 3 weeks (3 uses). All lights on the panel started blinking and unable to use the panel. Start button works but no heat, it seems the machine automatically went to some sort of “demo mode”. Samsung tech support were not able to resolve the issue and a samsung technician visit is required which is another two weeks or so.

The dryer works perfectly, the only thing i could complain about is you can't put a low laundry basket in front of the dryer because the door is low and hits it. But that's not a deal breaker but would make this easier. Ultimately it dries great and its quiet!

It is a good dryer. The large capacity easily accommodates bedding and blankets. The various drying options allows this dryer to do the job on everything from clothes to linens. The Best Buy delivery team did a great job in carefully bringing the dryer into my house and connecting the dryer. They also tested the dryer to make sure it was properly operating.

Excellent product - as advertised; high quality, easy to use, good features

This is my second Samsung dryer, and this one is even better than the first although there specs and features are very similar. My one complaint if you even call it that is that you should use the time try and not the normal dry because sometimes it thinks it senses that the clothes are dry but they’re still really a little damp.

So far, nice dryer. Only takes one cycle to get clothes dry. Which is an improvement from my last Samsung dryer. Only compliant is door opens on the wrong side and you are suppose to be able to switch that. But, you need to have super strength to remove the bolts to do so. It will stay on the wrong side. Just hope it doesn’t break trying to get clothes in over the door.

Picked up this Dryer and matching washer on sale and had them delivered within 48hrs time; no issues at the moment and this dryer does very well even on Normal drying settings. It’s relatively quiet and was easy to setup, just a heads up this model does NOT come with a Power Cord, pick one up at HD or Lowe’s to match the specs of the Dryer.

So far we love it! It’s very quiet and far more efficient than our old dryer.

I love the way the washer and dryer look together. They're a great size as well for how many clothes they can fit. Turning the knobs as well as when the load ends generates a little song and beeps that I like, however I can see how some may find that annoying. Im not sure if this can be changed with the settings though.

I bought this washer and dryer set for my youngest son and daughter in law. They are super happy that their new home doesn't rumble using the left the left over set. They love the color and quiet efficiency of the Samsung units. They delivery was easy and the delivery Men were spot on with the delivery of the new units and removal of the old ones. Great Sevice!

Love this dryer!!!! It has many dryer cycle options to choose from. My only disappointment is there is no interior light and the drum is gray so you really have to search the dryer with your hand to make sure nothing is left in the dryer. Other than the lack of light this is a wonderful machine.

Nice looking Dryer, love the sleek look of this dryer and Samsung is a good brand. Love the larger capacity for doing blankets. Haven't had a Samsung dryer before but have had other appliances from that brand that I was happy with. Haven't had it long yet but hopefully it will be a good dryer for years to come.
