Have always used a front loading washer and dryer, i will say this is one of the best washer and dryers sets i have gotte. Worth the money. So much room.

Does the job but needs to be used on the heavy duty setting. When I use normal it claims the clothes are dry but are still wet. Also wish the buttons were touch not press.

We purchased our Samsung washer and dryer a couple years ago. It’s now out of warranty. The drum is cracked at the weld, which as it turns out, is a very common problem with ALL Samsung dryer models. Their drum material is paper thin and has a welded seam which breaks over time causing a loud clunking sound. A new drum is almost as much as buying a new dryer. Stay away from Samsung dryers.

I've had this dryer for about 90 days. Not only was it affordable, the removal and installation service was terrific! The dryer has so many options, it works well, and I have no issues to report. It gets the job done and the brand is well-known! Don't look any further, make the purchase!

Great deal with the washer. Both work outstanding. Both were returned because of delivery scratches and dings. But none of that stuff is noticeable. No complaints.

This is probably the hest dryer i have ever owned. Most dryers that i owned before this one did not dry my clothes all the way. This dryer absolutely dries my laundry perfectly!

Works good , big capacity. Only complaint is the pause/start button that some sometimes gets stuck The machine have a sensor that indícate if the clothes are dry, which is very convenient. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've only had the dryer a month but it seems to be working fine. Best buy was professional and courteous. The problem was the actual installers tried to rip me off for $165 by insisting that, to meet code, they needed to replace my working gas shutoff valve with a newer one. I'm handy and know these valves sell for about $10. To unscrew old and screw on new was 30 seconds! For this they demanded $165 and if I refused they'd leave without installing. I was appalled but paid it and immediately called BestBuy to complain. They agreed to reimburse the $165 so I won't give them one star. The local install company was called "Best Yet Installations" in Massachusetts. Do not let them use this company!

Good product, does the job, love the color! The only thing is they scratch easily so be careful.

Works perfectly, large capacity and very easy to use. My wife likes the very long song these Samsung appliances play when a load finishes.
