I love this dryer,it has a sensor to detect if the clothes are not dry yet and automatically will add more minutes to dry it completely. I also like the wrinkle cycle,I use it to remove the wrinkles of any clothes in about 20 minutes. This is a great product and I'm so happy that I purchased it!

Very nice to view as well as to use. It has a waterline hookup for the steam unlike our last one that had a cut that needed refilled! Pairs nicely with the washer.

I expected problems! What I discovered is Best Buy tech and salesmen were the Best. I was surprised, expecting something less and was excited that the service was Excellent! Really.

The washing machine is very efficient and clothes consistently come out very clean. The default programs on the machine are perfect for longer washes with heavy stains, bedding, towels, etc. The short wash is also very quick and efficient. It is very quiet, even when spinning. You can really load this machine up. You can wash a lot of clothes in one run. The spin is very good and y cry-fit comes out completely dry out of the machine. The only problem we have is that it is a little deep so it is harder to reach to the bottom of the machine when emptying it. Otherwise, it is a great machine!

The washing machine is bad to the bone! When drying work clothes and jeans you have to adjust the time and turn off the “eco dry” or else your clothes come out damp. For normal clothes like shirts, bed sheets and socks the normal dry with the “eco” is fine. I dried a load of clothes today and adjusted the heat and time viola! They came out nice and dry. I love the lint basket. It came with a dent in the side which I’m not so picky I’m gonna make them get me a new one but I could! Plus it sticks out further than the washing machine because of the rigid vent hose. Overall I love the set but I’m gonna give it three stars because my old set I gave to my son had a dryer rack(stock and free) a stainless steel drum(standard) and it was going strong since 2008 without a hitch. Samsung make the best washers and dryers but it’s a shame they make you upgrade for a stainless steel drum for the dryer and upgrade to more expensive model for a drying rack. Samsung please get back to basics and take care of your customers like you did before, you got more for less and your quality control was out of this world!! Now your sending dented units and making hard working families work harder to buy less?!? Don’t understand the business model? Best Buy take notice and demand more from your vendors!!

This was a package purchase with the washer of the same model. Both washer and dryer have many settings. Compared to the previous set i had, this is much quieter. It fits in a small closet next to my bath room, unfortunately i did not think about the depth of the machine when i purchased. It comes out about an inch past the door way, As a result i had to remove the closet door, but i can still hear my tv just fine when the machines are running. It's also big enough to wash & dry (heavy) king/queen size blankets. Bonus: steam feature that works pretty well if clothes become wrinkled.

As the first dryer I've bought in over 15 years I didn't quite know what to expect from a dryer in the modern technology landscape. Could I speak to it? Watch Netflix on it? Sideload apps to it? While none of those things turned out to be true I was pleased to discover that the dryer does an excellent job of making wet clothing and bedding become dry! Having several kids in the house we've given this dryer a number of challenging tasks and it has taken care of the all. I have zero complaints thus far. My dog, on the other hand, would like me to take off a star because the dryer plays a rather lengthy jingle (20 seconds or so) each time a load ends. We both like the tune, but the poor dog sleeps right next to the dryer and that jingle wakes her from a sound sleep quite often. Aside from that, the dryer is amazingly and impressively quiet. Highly recommended.

I have owned this dryer for about a month and I am very happy with its performance so far. I love the steam feature for getting out wrinkles, and that it handles large loads beautifully.

Unit is very modern looking with plenty of controls to accommodate every drying need. We especially like its extra large 7.5 cubic foot capacity. Steam capability is a nice plus, also.

We love the way the Samsung looks and works. It is quiet and does a great job - much better than the Maytags and Kenmores we have had previously.

I bought this as a washer and dryer set. This is the first time I was buying a digital machine as opposed to a manual one with dials. Turns out that it doesn’t work exactly like my own machine. You will have to play with the settings a few times to get that perfect wash and dry with these machines. When you understand what setting you will need to put your heavy load on, then I believe it does a good wash Or alternatively, you could read the manual and figure it out. As for design, it looked very sleek and stUrdu. It’s quieter than my older machine And plays a tune when it is done. Good product.

The machine is easy to operate, and install! I have no complaints on this machine. It's been operating flawlessly for three weeks.

this dryer is just great it dries fast and is quiet , plenty of setting for your choice

I just got the dryer and have not used it much but it seems like a nice dryer. It has a lot of buttons with a lot of options. This dryer has the steam option as well. I purchased my last dryer 8.5 years ago and it was top loading. It seems to work as good or better than my last dryer. I had to run the dryer a couple of times to get everything dry but I did have a mattress pad, king sheet set and a couple of towels in there so maybe I overloaded it. Had to get some laundry done! :) But overall I think it is a good choice.

So far the dryer is working great. Haven’t owned it that long but it does a very good job getting even the largest loads dry.

I choose these for my apartment living. They are Tad big but the quietness of them is perfect

Had to buy this as a replacement when my fancy Kenmore HE 4T finally bit the dust after 12 years. Surprisingly, the blue Samsung dryer exactly matches my Kenmore blue washing machine. This dryer has a huge capacity, lots of cycles, and even plays a nice tune when the cycle is done. It totally rocks. I also bought this with the washing machine for a vacation house. We stacked them and my only complaint is that the controls are very hard to see/reach on the dryer when stacked, and I'm 5'5". Samsung should have put the controls closer to the front of the dryer rather than the top. Still, I'm happy to deal with this because I like the dryer so much.

I replaced my 6.5 year-old Maytag dryer with this beauty. Though my Maytag still worked, the washer went so replaced both. Glad I did. This dryer is much more efficient and seemingly more gentle. The only complaint is that the drum/rollers appear to have a slight flat spot so one can hear each rotation. Maybe this is normal for this unit. Love the color.

This is an awesome dryer. Love the steam and wrinkle feature but just know that you need an additional water supply for those features. Love the color and we have used them A LOT for the past six months. So far so good! My one and only complaint was when we had to move the door to the different side due to our layout with the washer. When we did that, it just didn't seem like it went back on correctly. Maybe it is just us but it felt like the door had more "play" in it and it was difficult to get the bolts to line up in the right holes. Other than that, this is an awesome set and we received an awesome deal from Best Buy!!!!
