Runs great quiet washer cleans very well dryer is a little louder than expected.

This dryer is bigger than the last one I had, which probably helps with how well it dries things in comparison, but so far everything has dried the first cycle that I've put it in. I also like the wrinkle prevention feature which keeps the dryer going after all the clothes have been dry to prevent wrinkle free shirts from cooling down before you can get to them to hang them - it has saved me a lot of time in re-drying things to get wrinkles out!

First dryer I purchased was making some odd noises. Luckily I was still under the 15 day exchange warranty with Best Buy and it was very easy to exchange. My new dryer is now working perfect and very quiet. The steam function is also a big plus. My only gripe is that the top dial and buttons are difficult to navigate when double stacked. The buttons are angled up and hard to see. I’m not very tall (5’6”) and it’s hard to see what I’m pressing.

I'm loving my dryer, it's quite and efficient, the color goes so well with my kitchen and my appliances. I don't have to do much ironing anymore because most of my clothing come out of the dryer unwrinkled. I would definitely recommend this dryer to others. Yhe large capacity is great for my family of 5.

I've had absolutely no issues with this particular model and in fact, it works very well. It is super quiet and very efficient however the description indicates this is an app-controlled appliance. IT IS NOT. The only available app is a diagnostic app that will tell you what's wrong if you're having issues. I specifically bought this to integrate into my smart home. I am, however, exchanging this for a different model that will integrate.

We have previously owned this model in its all-electric version but after moving recently we only had gas hook-ups so we purchased this unit as it was a match to the Samsung washer we owned. The rich feature set means that you can select the best settings needed to dry the particular articles in an energy efficient way. The steam feature for fluffing and removing static is becoming one of our favorites. Yet it is simple enough to use that you'll be up and running right away

Works as expected. Clothes get dry and the sensors work. The steam options are good to remove wrinkles in clothes if you end up forgetting to take the clothes out of the dryer. I purchased these and got free installation from Best Buy. I had issues with installation, with the installer not willing to put to install the washer and dryer on compatible Pedestals that we already owned.

I really like this brand. Runs quiet and gets your clothes pretty dry. Really like the various options too.

The volume of laundry that this dryer holds is unbelievable! The steam function is wonderful...refresh clothes, pillows, etc. The controls are simple and intuitive. You will enjoy this appliance.
