Ive tried programing and it will not program my cycle. Im very frustrated and regret buying this dryer. Very sensitive and sometimes have to put it in the cycle a few times for the laundry to dry. I should have stuck with the old fashioned dryers work better and very simple to use. The programming doesn't go haywire either.

Came with dent and did not fit. Was able to return and got new one that was even better.

worked fine then a year and a half in, it gets louder one day then just stops working, Samsung saying they only cover 1 year FROM THE DATE IS WAS MADE, not even from purchase date. DO NOT BUY THIS, or TAKE the extended warranty!

Door only opens in one direction. We returned the washer because it did not fit into the space we had allotted for it due to door opening on wrong side. We purchased Electrolux instead because they have reversible washer door.

The product seems to work just fine however it took three dryer deliveries to get it right. First two arrived damage. Very inconvenient

This is the LOUDEST dryer I have EVER owned, wish I kept my old one. They are expensive & claim to have best technology, very bad purchase

I bought the washer and dryer as a stackable set. They both work well. The only complaint that I have is related to the angle of the controls. I am only 5'1" tall, so had to set-up a little two step stand in front of it, so that I can even begin to read the control panel on the dryer, which is basically facing the ceiling. Even standing on the step, which raise me up another 11 inches, I cannot read the digital display. A friend, who is 5'6" struggles to read it, as well. I asked BestBuy if I could exchange it for another model and they generously agreed that I could (if I paid any price difference), but I could not find another model in the same price range that had the same features. So, I kept it.

The dryer looks nice and started off fine, but after about a year, it stopped drying completely. It would use it's smart sensing technology and cut off while things were still damp. We'd frequently have to dry things twice. After 4 years, the drum cracked. While looking at replacements, we found a ton of similar problems and a class action lawsuit about how the drum is too thin and multiple people had the same picture we did of the cracked drum in the exact same place.
