The door on the washer can not be switched. It will only open from the right towards the left. Problem is the way our laundry room is set up, our washer has to be on the right side. When you take laundry out of the washer, you have to walk around the washer door to put it in the dryer. I wish the door opened from the left so I didn't have to go over it when moving clothes from the washer and dryer. If we could have put the washer on the left, this wouldn't have been a problem. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

This dryer does everything and anything you could ask for in a dryer. Every feature you could ever need.

The clothes after using this dryer come out with less wrinkles because of the steam technology and there are no bad smells ever. If you are not planning on ironing your clothes much then this dryer is good. This looks great too!

I haven't tried doing anything fancy with it - just having it dry clothes. towels, blankets etc and it seems to work pretty well for that. I did have one very large heavy blanket which is failed to dry completely after one cycle and had to run it a 2nd time. It was just slightly damp. But other then that I have no complaints.

We bought a Samsung dryer a few weeks ago as a last minute purchase due to an emergency and I am so happy that this gas dryer was available for purchase. I didn't realize what I had been missing, but it's very modern and more efficient. A very good purchase and service from Best Buy.

I have the gas model and it dries very fast. You can put a lot in that thing and it is still fast.

I purchased the matching washer and both units are amazing! Shop around and be aware that a slightly higher price might eliminate the horror that is Best Buy. While in the middle of a move and prepping to leave days later for an international project taking me away for a month; Best Buy screwed up countless time over a 5 day period which kept me on the phone for a total of 11 hours. My international flight had to be rescheduled. Some of my salt water livestock died because they couldnt be moved from their holding tanks because Best Buy kept screwing up the deliveries. I purchased a OTR microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, audio receiver, 65'' TV and various accessories. All my faith was in Best Buy and they failed....
