Overall super happy with my purchase. I bought the set together and both are working like champs! Online ordering was a breeze, easy and simple! On top of all that Best Buy had competitive pricing!

Wife is loving it so what I can say wrong about it. Many features and option you can pick w/ usb capabilities. I like best the different chimes it made when drying is complete.

We had multiple issues getting delivery of a functional dryer. The first one we had delivered made a humming noise at random, which the technician said was not right and could lead to future failure. The second one had a thumping sound that sounded like there was a pair of shoes it in even when empty. The third one had BOTH symptoms. The FOURTH dryer we had delivered finally performed as expected, but left us with an uneasy feeling so we spend the extra $$ to get the extended warranty. Bottom line - things aren't made like they used to be, and Samsung has quality control issues. Still not UNhappy with the purchase, but would like for it to have been right to begin with.

I love my new dryer. When I saw all of the fancy buttons I was thinking it would be really hard to use. To my surprise, it's actually easier than my old dryer!!!

we love all the features how you can select what type of drying you need. our favorite features are the steamer and sanitizer great for kids clothes.

The dryer is great and so much to learn with all the different settings. I believe it willl last for many many years and I love the color and style.

I love the color and they clean great.. But sometimes it will say 8 minutes remaining for about ten minutes.. So it doesn't give an accurate countdown for some odd reason.

This dryer has cut my clothes drying time in half. I am so happy! I love all the features.

The dryer performs exactely as advertised and I am happy on this regard. However, no full rating. We use the dryer stacked on top of the washer. The controls are facing upwards, which is not very convenient and barely managable as long as one is not too short.
