i have always thought about a front load washer and dryer and oh my i love it its like love at first sight

Instructions were clear and complete. We have had no problems with this dryer.

This dryer works ok, but in many settings it leaves the clothes damp and requires additional time.

This is my second dryer and it was only replaced because Best Buy did the right thing when my washer had a defective leg and the units were stacked. So as not to have an issue with the original dryer from all the vigorous shaking, they replaced both. Now the first dryer was great, a 5 star, but this one is so loud and makes a horrendous noise, which I let Samsung hear. Since it does dry the clothes and there is no actual mechanical issue, they are doing nothing. Best Buy, thank you, Samsung your support is despicable.

I received a defective dryer - the problem was with getting a replacement unit installed - I spent over 3 months trying to work with Best Buy, missed 7 days of work and in the end I had them remove both the dryer and washer... Local people were nice, the problem was with corporate escalation and XPO who schedules their installers... After all the mess ups I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! Once I selected a different vendor I had a dryer installed within 7 days at night and it only required 1 phone call.

We love my new dryer. It works great with all of my different types of laundry. Its operates quiet. My other dryer stopped working properly so we had to purchase a new dryer. After doing a ton of research we went with Samsung. The azure blue color is beautiful! and good looking. Features we liked: Moisture sensors : This sensors on the dryer drum are used to detect moisture levels in clothing as it tumbles by. Once moisture levels are completely reduced, the sensors send a signal which stops the drying cycle. Vent Sensor : Vent Sensor detects problems and reminds you when you need to clean your vent to avoid lint blockages. Lint Filter: I really like the lint filter, it is easier to clean and better than previous models I have owned. WiFi : Hey finally WiFi on Dryer :) which helps remotely monitor and control your laundry from anywhere . But you need $25 smart home adapter to connect :( Features we would have liked to have: This model does not have a stainless drum. Its Powder Coat material. The Stainless steel is more resistant to odors and discoloration. It also is less likely to warp or suffer physical damage. Extended Tumble – To best prevent wrinkles, clothes should be removed from the dryer and folded immediately after cycle. Extended tumble (also called extra care or wrinkle guard) intermittently tumbles without heat for 20-30 minutes after a cycle is complete, allowing more time after each cycle to retrieve clothes.

I never got to use these because they arrived damaged!

The design does seem pretty pretentious. If it were more basic, the set would probably have a smaller footprint. It definitely juts out forward more than it should. However, this is still a premium product that works very well and runs very efficiently.

I purchased my washer and dryer nearly a year ago. From the beginning it was slightly loud. I read some reviews and found that other people had the same issue. I decided not to call for service. Until about two weeks ago when I ran the dryer it sounded like I had rocks inside. When I called Samsung initially they tried to tell me that I had a level problem. After some back and forth with them they scheduled a technician to come to my home and take a look at the problem. The technician came with a replacement part without even seeing the dryer. Obviously this is a common problem with the dryer. Apparently some of the dryers have a plastic piece that melts with the heat. They replaced the part with the improved metal part. It now sounds like a new dryer. I hope that this does not end up becoming an ongoing problem. As long as I do not have any further issues, I will be happy with the dryer.
