Sleak design, awesome color. Quiet and multiple options when drying

Clothes smell clean, runs quiet until I use the high spin feature, then the machine moves all over. That maybe a problem with the Best Buy installers. Over all I like the washer. I loved the older model. My washer was 2 years old and I had the extended warranty. The people they used in my area for repairs were a joke. Took my washer apart then I had to help put it back together! Should have been a simple fix. They gave me a new washer for all the troubles and 2 weeks with no washer. I love the appliances BUT beware of the warranty. Incompetent repair men used every time I've needed one. Not sure I'd recommend it. A&E did a wonderful job Telrad was AWFUL. It was actually comical but even when I stated I wouldn't allow them to come out again that's who got assigned to fix it all 3 times! Which ended in a new washer even though it was a minor repair. So far I like the washer just hoping there's no issues this time as they can't send competent repair men. Best Buy did go above and beyond to make it right. I'm very happy with them just not the geek squad they have no clue what they're doing. It may save you money on repairs but the people they send have no clue and it takes weeks sometime to get someone out to fix it.

This is my first gas dryer and I have to say I like it alot better than any electric I have had. My clothes dry more quickly. The steam cycle is nice but sometimes clothes come out wet. Best when using a larger load as 1 or 2 items doesnt work very well. It is a bit louder than I expected but not too bad overall. The chime when it ends is stupid and I cannot understand why samsung chose that. I turned it off but now have no other option to hear a chime when the load is finished. The door feels very cheap and like the plastic will break if pushed on too hard. I wish it were glass. The door is reversible and when I switched it the door did not line up with the connector so I have to push down to close it. The screws to put it in place are all fixed so there really isn't a "wrong" way to put it on, just doesnt fit well on the other side. If these weren't on sale I would say the price is way too high for the quality you get. Just feels like cheap materials and little things like how the door closes and the buttons panel all just feel like cheap quality. For the price I paid I am very satisfied with how it dries.

It doesn't make lot of sounds but dry really good!

Had to replace a set of GE units that came with the house. Got the washer and dryer with 13 cycles. Very pleased with the noise level and all the options. The dryer in particular has a sanitize option for the baby clothes which we use all the time. The continued twirl after a cycle is down is also nice.

Still a little early to tell, but it does a great job. Love the different drying options, although we only use a couple of settings. Just ensure all the costs of installing a gas dryer are divulged up front. Also, if you getting matching items, make sure they install them so the doors open in the proper directions. If you can do it yourself, find an outside installer.

What's left to say that others have not. This dryer is beyond excellent. Clothes come out dry and fresh. I was hesitant on getting this but with the crazy sale I got I got this for sorry cheap. I have not used all of the settings yet but the ones I have used work flawlessly. No issues at all.

This is a huge improvement over our old washer. I especially like the wrinkle prevention feature. Unit will occasionally toss the clothes around for about 30 seconds after a cycle is complete to keep wrinkles out until you can take out the load.

This is the easiest to operate dryer we have bought so far, very self-explanatory, sleek design, oh... and great performance, strongly recommended.

I had had my old dryer FOREVER. This one dries much faster. Went with gas this time - we will see if the costs end up being less to run. Need to read the manual a bit as a couple times it seemed to take a while to dry....but they were big loads. Love the song it sings when the cycle is complete.

This dryer is awesome. I love being able to steam shoes, bags, other objects that you wouldn't normally run through a wash. It does get moving pretty quickly so be sure to get it on a solid stable surface!

What a great purchase! I am so pleased with this dryer! Had a Kenmore for 15 years and now have all the new features on this one. It's more energy efficient and my clothes come out fresh without ironing!

This dryer is also a replacement for a LG dryer. The Samsung dryer does a better job in less time than its predecessor .The clothes seem to come. out softer and in less time.

We purchased this item in conjunction with the washer. The unit s are great, quiet, and work to our satisfaction. At this time, I would purchase the product again.

I've had this about 3 months now. Clothes come out dry and wrinkle free but not OVERDRY. Bedding, comforters, and heavy jackets dry through without being hot. Less lint than with the previous dryer.

Love the fact that this dryer basically does not only my drying but my steaming and pressing as well. Samsung has done it again. Thank you.
