Note: There is an extra fee for installation. This is a job for a plumber. Also, ensure that your vent is clear and clean of debris (e.g. bird nests, leaves, excess lent from dryer) as you will notices heavy lent dust collecting on the tops of your machines (very noticeable if you have black or a dark color). Best Buy technicians only install and do not check venting for you!

My major complaint is that the machine has a variety of preset options which have minimal options. Most of the preset options only allow the user to make limited options for temperature, spin speed and soil level. I would like to set the options to my liking.

By far the nicest washers and dryers i've owned. The connectivity with the application hasn't been very stable and the wifi thumb drives aren't included which i wasn't told upon purchasing. Along with they were out of stock so took me awhile to find a set.
