This dryer has a larger drum allowing plenty of room for oversized comforters or heavy clothing such as coveralls. The downside is that it takes forever to dry because there is a sensor that determines the weight of the load and then predicts the amount of time to dry. It was my understanding it was energy efficient so we bought it. Over several uses we have went to get the heavier loads out of the dryer and they are still extremely wet. The sensors stopped the dryer turning it off. We then end up having to restart the load for the dry cycle. If you don't restart the items will sit damp. So overall you are drying things twice and it takes much longer.

We've had this dryer for about 4 weeks now. It dries quicker than any we have ever owned (with the eco cycle off). Also, the quick steam option has cloths coming out looking like they were pressed. Very pleased with purchase.

I love that everything comes out of the dryer looking and feeling fresh. The wrinkle cycle is great. I don't like to iron so I put some clothes that were wrinkled on the wrinkle cycle and they came out wrinkle free.

This dryer is good sized and does a decent job, only issue I’ve had is when my husband stuffs a massive load of clothes in to dry , some tend to come out damp, but I don’t blame the machine for this it’s a human error.

So far this has been a great dryer. The dryer knows when the clothes are done and shuts off. No over-drying or waste of energy.

It has great WiFi features that are useful for my upstairs loft and it doesn't appear that there is an issue with overfilling the liquid soap dispenser for an oversudding error and/or harm to the machine.

We are very pleased with this purchase, it handles a large load and depending on what you are drying it has different features for the kind of clothing you are about to dry. Very happy with it

This is a good quality dryer that is not only quiet but also comes with a huge selection of cycles that let's you choose from. It also have 3 "steaming" cycles to help you to avoid having wrinkled clothes.

The dryer has worked great until last week. I washed a blanket and set it to dry on bedding setting. It would stop automatically in 10 minutes. I tried various settings including timed dry but all would auto shut off in 10 minutes. I ultimately had to air dry the blanket. Other laundry loads have worked fine.

I bought both Samsung dryer and washer (previously had LG). Make sure you read all the instructions prior to using the dryer. I have had this product for only three weeks but so far, no problems.

Just like it's washer counter part this is my first dryer. Just like so, it has also exceeded my expectations. Dries my loads a little over one go. Have not had any problems.

It works great and has a lot of settings, but the steam function seems to add alot of water, and still waiting on the WIFI cards to try that function. Everything else seems good though.

We have a family of 6 and this is the best purchase ever. We love our new dryer! We have always gone with Samsung as our preferred brand and have never been disappointed.

For the price I paid, I would expect all the clothes to dry every time. Unfortunately with towels and larger loads, this dryer is hit and miss with how thoroughly it dries everything. Otherwise, I really like it.

Have always had gas dryers but the house we just purchased was not plumbed for gas and to bring a gas line in was next to impossible. Dryer works great but thing take longer to dry. I prefer gas.

Love how fast will dry the clothing, and wrinkle free, also love the fact i am watching tv and will show in my screen that cycle is done...

We really like this dryer. I will say that it takes a couple of cycles to dry a larger load. Overall, we have liked it and the steam cycles are a nice touch. The tops scratch pretty easy.

It has worked well. Large loads don't dry thoroughly unless we press "more dry" several times. Otherwise, it's a very good dryer.

It does a good job it just takes up more space as the drier vent is bulky and with it being stacked it already sits a couple of in inches behind the washer

I didn't think I needed steam in a dryer but the "wrinkle away" setting really works! Huge capacity and pretty quiet. Quality! It's a Samsung....enough said.
